Question - Who officially released to permit ( name of the person of the department if anyone has it please )?

10-12mt Lithium Reserve 400mt+ Resource and I EXPECT 300+kt of Tin to be declared along with the 2nd seperate Tin deposit in situe on the block as BCN will soon declare. DYOR, I did 18 bloody months ago.
Now I am interested again.

Updated PFS to be more like 80% of the resource & reserve ?
I have not seeen any post asking if the new update will be much improved on the pathetic killer of an initial PFS which only used 9% ?
The completed and mapped grid from April 2017 allows for much more certainty and is currently totalled up with other ares still not drilled or added to the plan. I am still hopefully full of a 10-12mt resource. Upside is not priced in.

This side news coupled with permit to drill is the indicator I have been waiting for. Imho I think newsflow will swiftly pick up to Christmas. All the gigafactories being built and a trade war going on. Energy revolution needing lithium will surely become like aluminium and steel, a commodity that can put pressure on a country or block. Europe has a huge deposit in centre with multiple smaller deposits to suppliment supply. Has the penny finally clicked with VW ? Will this statement bring out others who want to secure supply ? Imho it will.

10 fold expansion with cash raised and if BurtonS is correct new capacity and machines inplace back in May, maybe one of the machines is now capable of producing the height and width of house panels that the US firm bought in to and has been trialed to confirm VRS can supply what quality and grade they are looking for in large size ? Surely if not then any spare cash would go straight towards enabling the above supply ?

UK Gov making VRS an "Export Champion" indicates they gov are looking to back anything that can turn a profit in exports after Brexit. AGM should benefit on the back of any interest in graphene that VRS can capture. I think this has made people look again at graphite ans graphene companies.
