No real price movement until a drop on the 22nd just before the 1st started to sell off. The next real move is yesterdays 3 RNS's and up.

Looking at the dates of sale by the now 4 holders, RNS notification took between 2-5 days, so there may yet be another 1 or 2 yet to be processed for official RNS ?

Why did he not just offer the money for the placing in Dec 18 and actioned on the 9th Jan ? Easy shares could have been bought then ?

Just to be clear for the new people, Nant Capital bought 11% yesterday not 19%. They previously held 7%. Nit picking but he didn't buy a "whole" load of the company. The 150,000 shares for 11% cost £72,000 approx. I hold £60,000 of VRS and I am no Billionaire.
Maybe just hold those horses ? Still a very interesting play here and one that as you say is below year highs ?

Trek, Billionaire guy who owns the LA Times I know Neill Ricketts stated that he had some cheeky low ball offers for VRS on the cheap already, but knows VRS is just starting in this 4th world revolution and will not sell , not unless I guess it is for REALLY stupid money .

AECOM for example is huge and 'could' make an offer as they are all over the similar areas of major graphene growth, but still think the global opps and sp growth here can be many multiples from here.

I think Neill said one company could easily use all the production VRS could do currently BUT with expansion and cash behind him Neill could buy extra in due coarse , I guess ? The 3T equipment should be up and running around now too.

I am now awake and thus posting every bit of info for good and bad to ensure early qurstions on activity can be given if seen. In this instance I am very confident they have moved to the UK GEIC ! A huge breakthrough imho.

VW know they have to take Solid State forwards faster and cheaper to beat the likes of Tesla who have taken a market lead in EV sales.
