Ig 96 to buy.20 Feb 2019 12:02
Ok. Just my take on what may or may not have happened. Had time to have a few chats now.
2 funds covering themselves and 1 for certain selling down from November.
Normally a large block of shares which when sold would hit the sp are negotiated through the company / broker to get a buyer so its a transfer rather than a bad company having its shares dropped like a bad egg.
It appears Neill was informed yesterday the final drop by 1 fund would be hefty. Do why would Neill have a smile ?
Interesting that since Jan this 2 pronged selling had been noted on forums. VRS would know about this and would need a large buyer in a few large parcels transfered, if possible rather than open market. It appears open market was the way it went. Probably unhappy with current brokers VRS only last week changed broker, maybe in atticipation of the final date the funds wanted to be clear ?
Also Fullerex RNS yesterday was interesting as they broker sales and promote clients. Literally a few days after change of broker Fullerex are announced and all around 1m being sold to market. If you know a million shares are up for sale and the previous brokers cannot shift any more, better to open up more options for the company ?
Now I also know ISO being created in the US based on applying a strict quality certification on nanene and graphene is due for release, its in its final release process now. Fullerex operate across the US and Europe as stated on their own website.
Once the ISO is out then Versarien can go to market with certified quality product. This may not sound much but the vast majority of "graphene" ( loose link for most who produce GRAPHITE at best as most Chinese early users found out to their cost !), companies will then be at the back of the queue.
Versarien with a credible ISO issued by US testing agency will become a market leader.
Then let us see if our CEO cam deliver on orders. AECOM !!!
Remember ONE order could take ALL VRS capacity for production for the year @@.
