As far as I know..not a deposit scenario..it's not Avis or Hertz. They look at your portfolio..and let u have circa 33% of what they feel comfotable with..ie.they actually make an assesment of their chances of getn their money back. Thats what i've been told. From my experience, thats pretty close to what I see everyday.
