If indeed you get back to 6% margin which would be a huge success

Double digit growth to get you to 4bn revenue in 2-3 years

That's 3% * 3bn = £120m

less £37m+ interest = £80m

Then say £15m taxes = £65m (£80m - £20m D&A * 25% CT)

We are talking £65m free cash flow in a best case scenario, in 2-3 years time.

If I'm wrong pls correct me. But how is this stock undervalued?

Also capex has been c£130m past few years so even with 0 taxes still doesn’t stack up

3bn revenue @ 5% ebitda margin = £150m

Less £35m interest (at least), less 25m taxes, less minimum £100m capex

-£10m cash flow at best

Even with a 10% growth in sales this will barely breakeven

How will this business make any cash profit can someone explain? Isn’t 5% the ebitda margin target?
