No I think you're wrong. ASOS was loss making in 2024. It's projecting to almost cash breakeven in 2025 if targets are met (and that's a big if). See below:
Adjusted EBITDA: Projected to rise by at least 60%, reaching between £130 million and £150 million, inclusive of the impact from the Topshop and Topman joint venture.
Free Cash Flow: Expected to be broadly neutral, with capital expenditures around £130 million and cash interest approximately £35 million.
