GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech and information technology solutions company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tan Guan Han, Shayne ("Shayne Tan"), an existing Executive Director, as the Company's new Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

Shayne Tan, who joined the GST board in January 2021, holds a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Singapore Management University and has more than five years of sales, operations, and management experience in growth-stage companies operating exclusively within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector. History Repeats.......

Like Ive pointed out in earlier posts.......

GST base value 1.4p ish......

We have seen this in the past rises 10-25% per day on no news..........

I would expect much of the same as we grind our way back up to the true base value.........

I may be completely wrong, but having been with this share from the very beginning, History says it all.......

For those that have no exposure, nows the time.....

The company hasn't changed, its only added to its strengths......

Obstacles are only temporary and the company owners have the ability to overcome......

I would assume something has been leaked, but we have seen movement like this in the pass.

The share is massively under valued, it could also be a price correction.

The base value should be sat at around 1.4p in my opinion.

The Mica license would give us 800% + gains if it that.

The Semnet case will give 300% + gains.

Basically GST is a steal and the potential outcomes are a higher probability.

Fridays Rise!!

This is enough evidence for me to indicate that a lot of people have eyes on GST.

The Trolls have been pounding the share to death, but yet we can see a 100% rise on no news.

This has lead too new holders.

For all the new holders if reading this, don't be swayed by the trolls.

From a probability aspect GST has endured its period of negative RNS updates.

The following RNS updates have a higher probability of positive news.

When they land you can expect a 200 to 300% rise.

The Key is the Macro events that are ahead of us.

They relate to money printing on an even bigger scale than the last printing cycle.

This will not only increase the value of the BTC we currently hold.

This will ignite the crypto market which will feed into GST.

The Mica License is Key and I strongly believe GST has the ability to achieve this qualification.

This will bring Bake back on line, which has paid out on all its previous customers to confidence to return.

With all of the other businesses within GST we will turn into a money printing machine.

At this point all the holders will be greatly rewarded.

I may be completely wrong but I believe the team behind GST have the goals they are looking to complete with a great level of intelligence.

Kevin Warsh will take the chair and commence with his ZIRP policy..... (Zero interest rate policy) it will be a gradual decline.

Yep a big decline we can all agree, but one thing I can say is........

GST have always had a uncanny way of pulling a rabbit out of a Hat......

Always something of a surprise but in a positive directional way....

I personally believe that day is coming and I feel its going to be sooner than later......

I do believe the suspension of the Bake platform was to stop a negative effect on cash flow as most platforms struggle during the crypto winter......

The positives you can take from this is that you can count on due diligence from a team of high educated professionals......

They will no doubt be working hard behind the scenes to complete whats needed for the Mica license....

We have maybe three more months of winter and then things will turn up very quickly by which time it would be most prudent to finalise the license....

Bake will be back on line with a proven track record having fully refunded the existing customers who will be more confident to return as a result also along with the new license.......

I may be completely wrong, but I do believe the owners are in this for the long haul and are doing everything to stay in the game and have simply adjusted to flow of the market instead of swimming against the tide........

I don’t think GST will drop any lower, capitulation has already occurred, which has been accelerated by the high number of trolls that have been voicing nothing but negative outcomes.

I believe that GST made this significant move due to the crypto Winter Market.

This will be having a large impact on the profitability of Bake and I would suspect this maybe now running at a lost, so along with looking to gain the (MiCA) license they will have stopped the rot. (I maybe wrong).

With what we know about the other pillows within the company they had been making profits so it would be a better move to stock up whilst the world is in a very difficult period.

They can now weather the storm and tick over until the markets change. (I maybe wrong be completely wrong).

As it stands GST have cash in the bank and profit making pillows so for me this is basically a gift at these extremely low prices.

I would suspect some heavy buys coming in with the believers once we hit the April 1st (I maybe wrong)…..

This is my way of thinking hence picking up another half a million with a view to purchased more in the coming days….

Looking at what’s potentially coming with the likes of Kevin warsh taking the fed seat, we can expect a Zirp (Zero interest rate policy) and then once down the refinancing of businesses begins along with recruitment and the money printing begins for the next cycle.

Risk on assets will explode (BTC) then Bake can spread its wings. (I maybe wrong)….

Following on from Yesterday. (As I suggested a reversal was in order)

All the long term holders know the outcome as we have been in this position many times before.

Its unfortunate that a lot of the new comers have been put in to a false sense of direction by the many new names that constantly troll.

Same company as yesterday, different outcome and unfortunate for the sellers.

We will see them again no doubt when we head above a penny when new events occur with a company in growth.

So for all the new comers that have taken the pain, just remember nothing has changed and the trolls will do all they can to destroy your confidence.

Just remember money will always be transferred from the impatient to the patient. Still a Hold......

It amazes me, having spent many years holding this share that of late we have a bunch a names never seen before.........

Continuously hounding GST, creating the notion that this is heading to Zero.......

I always believe that when people stop talking about anything then its a good sign things are over.......

Nothing as changed for GST except for the continuing push to build......

I would suspect that the bulk of the selling is coming to an end with a few of the bigger sells being the MMs.........

I may be wrong as no one can predict the future, but as it stands for me its a Hold.......

It’s possible, but hard to prove in any given case. Online share boards can attract people with agendas (long or short), and there have been cases globally where paid promoters or “short-and-distort” actors tried to sway sentiment. We will now see whats known as a ZIRP (Zero interest rate policy)

Kevin will allow deflation so he wont hit the money printers until he's run the rates to Zero

QE usually follows after by around six months, hence the big sell off in Gold / silver / Tech stocks / BTC

The deflation comes from a slowing economy, job losses etc etc

Recessionary period lowering the rates only slows the pain.

QE is what light the fire.

Conclusion: Play book : Pay down debts to increase the ability to take on more debt when the Zero rates arrive.

Start dollar costs averaging on the purchase of BTC and any other top five alts

Silver expect a 60% decline / Gold expect 20% QE will fire these back up but on a much longer time horizon.

AI stock again top three, dollar costs average when @zero rates QE will push these back up.

GST: No changes, largely under valued with many news updates in the not to distance future.

All of the above only plays into the growth of the markets we are in.

RP2020: Id say you not far off, I was looking at 1.2p

Anyone who has been in GST long enough knows how this plays out, we've been to the trenches on many occasions.

The Company is still in its growth stage and the trolls would have you believe thats it in reverse if a deal is not achieved.

Nothing has changed all arms of the company are being improved and developed to achieve what its set out to do.

Fair value is sitting at 1.2-1.4p on current news, future news will more than likely be positive.

Probability:

Semnet: Positive outcome

BTC: (World refinancing) Positive outcome

Bake: (Crypto Bull run) Positive outcome

The rest unknown?

With the three listed alone we can expect a rise beyond 10p

this will put GST in a better financial position which will help to finalise the remaining arms of the company.

From this point on we will get 25-50-75-100 and beyond

Reflection: GST are building a company, the fasted way to learn is to apply for the highest accreditation. Being the UK FCA. Failure results in knowledge.

Whilst nobody has any idea on the requirements every attempt made by GST will give them more knowledge leading to there goals.

For me it a hold and now a strong buy.
