This offer is not legal IMO they are essentially buying wood for 35p a share and then injecting 450m into a company they know own, so they are basically giving 450m to themselves and cutting wood shareholders out of the deal. If wood agree this they should be investigated!!!

How can wood possibly think us getting 35p is a good deal for shareholders!!!

Problem is James we do not get 85p we get 35p!!

If so isn’t that closer to £1 a share valuation? So once it’s done at 35p and the £450m is banked the SP should rise to nearer £1??
