MAIDEN JORC RESOURCE AT MAGELLAN PROJECT, CYPRUS

Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed exploration and development company operating in Europe, is pleased to announce a maiden JORC 2012 Mineral Resource Estimate for the Magellan Project ("Magellan" or "the Project"), which is 100% owned and operated by Venus Minerals Ltd ("Venus")*. Venus is focused on the exploration and development of copper and gold assets in Cyprus. Ariana is earning in to 50% of Venus (currently c. 12%).

Highlights:

· JORC Mineral Resource Estimate (stated gross) of 8.5Mt @ 0.63% Cu# (Inferred), with additional potential for gold, silver and zinc-rich zones (up to 0.6 % Zn) across the Klirou and Kokkinoyia Sectors.

· JORC Exploration Target of 2.7 to 8.4Mt within a grade range of 0.5 g/t Au to 0.8 g/t Au, for 42,000 oz to 216,000 oz of gold and 3.3 g/t Ag to 8.2 g/t Ag, for 297,000 oz to 2,218,000 oz of silver.

· Resources at the Klirou and Kokkinoyia Sectors are open in several directions and particularly down-plunge, beyond 250-350m in depth.

· New exploration drilling programme of up to 3,000m to test several target areas within the greenfield exploration portfolio, due to commence imminently.

Drop is nothing to be concerned about. The green revolution is upon us and this will fly. I initial got in at 22p then again at 50 and again at 90p. I work in the industry and this will fly a lot higher.
Once the mine is up and running this will be a £1b+ company.

As every day goes by I’m more and more certain this will be a £1b+ company within 2 years and i’m in for the long term. With the future of EV and wind turbines use accelerating exponentially and us with one of the biggest REM assets in the world it’s really is a no brainer. £1 will be broken this week and £1.50 at least by year end. Lots of people moan about Tom Winnifrith but I think he’s an absolute legend on this tip. Lol.

Currently our market cap at 80p is around £230m, so at £4 market cap will £760m. Considering what’s in the ground, £4 could easily be achieved.

Just noticed lead time for physical gold has gone up from 1-3 days to 2-3 weeks! POG only going one way and we shall soon be back above £2.

1900 resistance now broken, hopefully a strong push over the next few days. with the US about to print a load more cash in their latest stimulus package, hopefully this will help CEY recover back to £2 in the next couple of weeks.

Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC: BMV), the Korean focused gold development group is very pleased to announce a Funding Update with regards to the South Korean Projects.

Highlights:

• South Korean investors accelerate funding schedule

• First tranche of non-dilutive funding has been received

• Minimum funding commitment of USD 5 million, maximum funding commitment USD 20 million

• Funding in the form of a pre-payment for gold to be paid from production

The Company's funding partners in South Korea have accelerated their schedule of funding for the South Korean projects ahead of the completion of the process that will see Bluebird increase its stake from 50% to 100% in the Gubong and Kochang gold projects.

The Company is pleased to update shareholders that it has received the first tranche of funding that will enable progress on the ground in South Korea and for construction to commence. The funding is non-dilutive and is a straight pre-payment for gold with no interest. The Company will repay the debt funding in gold from production at a 20% discount to the gold price based on the gold price at the time of delivery. The agreement with its South Korean funding partners provides for a minimum commitment of USD 5 million and a maximum commitment of USD 20 million.

The Directors consider the funding to be highly advantageous to shareholders and as the funding schedule progresses it will result in the Company achieving gold production without the need for an equity placing to fund the construction phase.

The Company is pleased to report that the sale process with Southern Gold has taken a further step towards completion. Southern Gold have notified the Company that it has elected to go to the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (IAMA) in order for an Independent Expert to appointed. The Expert must within 30 days of appointment determine the value.

Colin Patterson, CEO, commented:

That’s corrrect, OPTI is now under 30% and will not sell anymore of their holding. Sp has slipped as the country goes into more Covid madness. Excellent time to pick up so cheap stock over the next few days.

Can’t see a placing happening, it’s generating cash it we all want to know how much. The next six months will be interesting, if it’s starting to make good cash then a massive rerate will be on the cards. So much upside for this one up patients is needed. Too many people expect 100% profit in a couple of weeks. Hold on till Christmas and SOH will deliver the goods.

My view is a similar deal to the Croda deal that SBTX have done. Big supplier who deals with multiple of companies and it’s only a matter of time before this is back over a pound. I think once Q3 are announced this will start to fly.

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high
cholesterol and diabetes announces that it has entered into an agreement with a US company ("the US Company") for the purpose of large scale manufacture and commercialisation of a number of SweetBiotix® products.

The agreement grants the US Company an exclusive worldwide license in return for it bearing the costs relating to product manufacturing, marketing, and all future costs relating to the commercialisation of a number of SweetBiotix® products.

OptiBiotix will receive a modest six-figure payment from the Company on signing the agreement and at 12 monthly intervals until product launch. Additional similar payments will be due on product launch plus royalties on all future product sales. Enhanced royalty payments will be made to OptiBiotix on sale of SweetBiotix® products by the Company to 11 application/innovation partners with whom OptiBiotix has been in long term discussions regarding exploring the use of SweetBiotix® products in dairy, cereal and beverage applications.

The US Company requires its identity and certain commercial terms of the agreement to remain confidential to protect its commercial launch plans.
