I may be wrong, but I don't think Proactive Investors have understood what the guy from Shore Capital has said, which is:
“The opportunity with MSC could be worth more than double Quadrise’s current enterprise value in potential annual revenues if only a small percentage of the shipping company’s overall fuel demand was switched to MSAR or bioMSAR."
Quadrise's "enterprise value" is currently £14.81M according to Yahoo Finance. Shore Capital are saying that the annual revenues from MSC could be more than double this amount, if only a small percentage of MSC's fuel demand was switched.
Quadrise's share price would be SIGNIFICANTLY more than double what it is now if that ever became the case. Unless I am reading the quote incorrectly.
From MSC's website.
If you open this link:

You will see the option to download MSC's 2020 Sustainability Report (yellow box). Click on the box and it will download as a PDF. If you the scroll down to page 35 of the report, it states as follows:
"In 2020 MSC engaged in exploratory discussions with Quadrise Fuels International concerning a possible MSAR® Operational Trial. MSC has subsequently agreed to work with Quadrise to carry out the trial to explore the environmental benefits of MSAR® and bio MSAR®."
Whilst its a very small sentence, not giving much away, this is the first thing I have read directly from MSC about MSAR and that there will be a trial. It very much looks like its happening!

Firstly, we know that the following line from yesterday's presentation is referring to Saudi Electric Company:
"400MWe boiler trial using KSA MSAR® supply in discussion with utility"
We also know that the original power plant that was to trial MSAR was Shoaiba Power Plant. This power plant has Alstom boilers. In 2015 Alstom was acquired by GE Power.
At the end of 2019 Saudi Electricity Company and GE Power signed an agreement in the field of research and development. The agreement includes a research project for the emulsion of fuel:
https://www.spa.gov.sa/viewfullstory.php?lang=en&newsid=1996712
I do not know if this relates to MSAR or not. What I do know is that the Saudi Electric Company is clearly very interested in emulsion fuel technology. GE / Alstom have also worked with Quadrise in the past (most of the presentations refer to GE Power), so they are fully aware of MSAR fuel.
It was stated in yesterday's Q&A that, when it came to emulsion fuel, there was no competition to MSAR.
With thanks to Prep on the forum:
"Executive interview - Quadrise Fuels International(FULL)
Quadrise Fuels International's executive chairman, Mike Kirk, begins by exploring what a typical MSAR project could deliver in licence revenues, then explains how MSAR’s attractiveness is linked to gas oil distillate margins. He continues with a review of the network of agents that management has set up and concludes with a discussion of funding."

Fox for me it is more that he says that a KSA trial is being planned. We haven't had the MOU yet. Looks like its on its way.
Plus the fact that it may be produced in the kingdom is great to hear. If a KSA refinery installs an MMU (or two) then that shows a great level of commitment. I posted this much last week.
Game on!
"But there is a possibility that this egg will be cracked. Mr Kirk told me of a trial that is being planned to produce about 1,000 tonnes of MSAR per week for power generation in Saudi Arabia, possibly produced in the kingdom or shipped in, or both. That will dwarf the 7,000 tonnes produced for the Maersk trial. If it comes off and becomes a permanent supply contract, I can see that becoming the catalyst for wider distribution and use."
WOW
Following on from Mike’s comments regarding trial commencing this year/early 2020, for me the 3 that would most likely to be announced in 2019 are KSA, Q8 and Merlin.
I cannot remember the exact wording Mike used but I recall him talking about the agents involved and the timeframes which they have to reach the agreed stages, in order to execute their warrants. It appeared to me that these timeframes were still on course.
The RNS on 13 June 2019 gave details on the timing of warrants to Aleph in relation to the KSA project. It has stated that the first tranche will be awarded on the basis that an MOU is entered into with KSA prior to the end of September 2019. The second tranche will be awarded once an agreement to commence a commercial scale MSAR trial has been signed. This is required during 2019.
Previously the KSA trial was going to be (at the end) via MSAR produced at CEPSA. This cannot be the case for the new trial as there is no longer an MMU installed there.
The 13 June 2019 RNS also comments on the MOU including the words “to initiate detailed planning activities”.
So, based on the above, what I consider is highly likely this time is that the trial will be for both production and consumption of MSAR within the Kingdom.
Anytime between now and the next 20 working days we could very well get an RNS which confirms that an MOU has been signed with KSA parties to commence a production and combustion trial in the Kingdom, with a further RNS anytime afterwards up to the end of 2019 which confirms the agreements for the commencement of a trial have been signed.
Best of luck shorters…

Make your mind up mate.
Your comment:
Wow.. we really are scraping the barrell for "news" today lol
Are investors discussions "news"??
They have a duty to announce it to the market.
But don't worry, not too long now before the "concerned" shorters and trolls realise how much time they've wasted in vain.
"Saudi Top Achievers Awards makes waves in Saudi Arabia"
(Held on 27th February 2019)
"The Saudi Top Achievers Award 2019 is presented to honour the successful and outstanding performances of top achievers in Saudi Arabia. It was one of the most dynamic and inspirational events of the year, unfolding and recognizing top achievers in Saudi Arabia that have contributed tremendous devotions towards the prosperity of the economy in the region."
"The Sustainable Company of the Year Award was won by Eng. Mubarak Al-Khafrah, the Chairman of Al-Khafrah Holding."
http://www.albiladdailyeng.com/saudi-top-achievers-awards-makes-waves-saudi-arabia/
So the Company who have signed up with Quadrise to get MSAR over the line in KSA have just been recognized and awarded by the region as the most sustainable company of the year.
With the environmental and commercial benefits that MSAR will be providing the Kingdom, its not surprising that Al-Khafrah have acknowledged that MSAR fits perfectly with their MO and will only further improve their triple bottom line.

Re today’s RNS: Somebody used the phrase ‘battle scarred’ the other day which I think sums me up as a Quadrise shareholder perfectly. The fact is that we need an income stream and we need it asap due to the decisions of Maersk and KSA.
I first bought in around the time that the POC was being completed by Maersk. Anyone that was a holder at this time (or before) has, like me, been subjected to many disappointments and as a result understandably questions whether the BOD can achieve the commercialisation of MSAR. I know I have on many occasions. Most of us will also be sitting on significant paper losses (currently).
When I read today’s RNS (and the others from this week), I initially thought “well it isn’t a contact”. I then thought how I would feel if all of the above (with Maersk and KSA) had not happened. I think there have been some good RNS this week but I do feel that today’s RNS is fantastic. Freepoint are a huge company and clearly see a market for MSAR fuel. Whilst this RNS and the Oil Major RNS are both at early stages, if these came a few years back the market would have sent the SP into the stratosphere I have no doubt. Due to what has happened and all of the failed promises, I feel that many investors and the market are just too ‘battle scarred’ by Quadrise’s history.
I still feel that some serious questions need to be asked at the AGM today. However, this morning’s RNS has really given me a shot in the arm and I feel an increased confidence about the future for Quadrise. I believe that MSAR will become a commercial fuel.
The above is only my opinion and thoughts and is by no means investment advice to anybody. I have, however, bought more shares this morning.
And from a capital markets day only 4 months' ago Prep. Since then we have seen a massive increase in scrubber interest.
