Agreed Rose's......not sure I personally can remember a time where MM consistently ( last 3 trading days ) will take large share amounts upwards of 250,000 AIMHO

I'm going to stick my neck out and say a buy ......my dummy sells @ circa 300,000+ were at 19.56p right up until 16.29

Dummy sells......MM would take 300,000+ right up to market close not unusual I guess but who knows !

Violindog I think its a given that Redmile and to a lesser extend Vulpes have given Sclp invaluable advice in which direction talks should be heading and the value they consider to be acceptable if such a deal were to be done !

It appears LD has revealed a great deal of information tonight more than I ever expected !

I agree no rule ......my point purely was that I would have been happier to have been informed via an RNS no more than that just my preference.

What I would also say is we received the Rns with regard to Mr Diggle etc buying a further 400000 shares transaction date 4th June, Zakari was incorporated on the 19th May so he seems comfortable with situation assuming he knew of course

I'm hoping for an RNS over the next few days to explain the formation of Zakari and the strategy behind such a move. With a lot of in depth and informed research carried out by posters on this bb about Sclp surely it was only a matter of time before before Zakari's creation was found as has happened. So why not disclose via an Rns even if to prevent such speculation. There has to be a reason simple or not but I for one would like to know !
