Somebody been loading up the past few sessions, just look at the big buys. definitely not punt money! MMs shake it, some panic sell, buy orders filled, and back up we go. Been repeating it for days, and all the time we make higher highs. Ive been looking hard for red flags here, but yet to find any. The presentation on the company website is excellent and a must read! Sit back, relax, and buy the pull backs on this. Ask yourself one question.....why has CEO planned an interview for next week?
15k and 7.5k delayed buys at 15p......now we know the reason for the shake, orders to fill lol Hope nobody got raped by the MMs
Picking up here in the past couple days, some nice buying. Contract news must be close now. Come on Bruno let us have it!
1. Debt free 2. Cash generation of £350k 3. Stake in audioboom (approx £170k) currently classed as up for sale 4. Long term deals with license fees (5years) with HSBC, Subway, plus deals with BT 5. Only 15m shares in issue, with 75% tightly held (tiny free float) 6. BOD (inc Bruno Brooke) with big skin in the game 7. April RNS Bruno stated positive news in coming months (see text below from RNS) Well worth some research IMO. When this moves it moves very very quickly due to tiny free float.
Bruno Brookes, Chief Executive of Immedia, said: "We are engaging new clients across all our sectors and expect to provide you with positive news in the coming months. The Board is confident that the Group is well positioned to capitalise on our first to market solutions in the short to mid-term."
and well worth a read. Apols if posted already. https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2015/may/27/desalination-quest-quench-worlds-thirst-water?CMP=share_btn_tw
And just for the record, I have not been to any meetings with the broker or the company, nor have I spoken to them. My decision to buy was based purely on my own research, and my entry on my own analysis. Research, Patience & Timing :) Good luck
Alfa, you've been reading way too many conspiracy novels mate. Look at the vast majority of RTO/IPO on AIM, I can't think of one off the top of my head that has not dropped upon coming back to market. As for inside information and everybody buying between 12-2 on Friday based on a leak, the very simple explanation is that some were waiting to see the bottom was in before buying/topping up, myself included, and the bottom was called here days ago by more than one person. Anybody who has done the slightest bit of research here will be very happy to hold, these are tightly held and now we seem to have lost the rainbow chasing sellers, the sticky money will prevail, and there is lots of it. All IMO of course
Ant, thanks for the feedback mate, much appreciated. Definitely a long hold for me and will be adding when possible. IMO the sellers have given us a great opportunity to buy in at a considerable discount to IPO, and I for one have been taking full advantage over the past weeks. To be honest, I'm more than happy if we stay here a while longer :) Thanks again for taking the time to share
Ant, I'm sure those who are not in the UK would appreciate your feedback. Cheers
20m placing shares @2p will hit the market 27 May. Worth remembering ;)
Lol chukkers. If he was ramping properly he would be shouting it from the rooftops. Nice rerate coming here. Some big TR1 holders under water for the last year :)
What's the first news you are expecting? Cheers
9k traded, 7k buys and 2k sells and they drop it nearly 3.5%. So much for market forces lol. Again looks like games or somebody keen to get shares. Im sure we will find out this week ;)
The all time low since they listed a few years ago was 39p, from a high of well over £1, so i imagine there are not too many keen to sell at this price, especially seeing the buys going through the past couple days. Next week should be very interesting ;)
34.5k buys and 1k sells and price hasnt moved
This year already. Directors buying at 57p just 2 months ago. Now who would know better than anybody what is in the pipeline mmmmm. Walked down and held down whilst somebody fills their boots imo. All those buys and one measly sell and it hardly moves.......make your own mind up, i have.
Yesterday was massive volume for MAN and it hardly moved, with only 19m tightly held shares mmmm. Somebody is building a very nice position. One buy worth £20k yesterday, now you dont throw that kind of money around unless you're pretty sure of making money!
Look at the buys v sells the past couple days. BIG volume yesterday, nearly all buys. Today 22k buys V 1k sells. Somebody is stocking up nicely prior to new contract announcement, 3 years to negotiate and well worth it :))
