The Judge decided that the cram down regs were inappropriate and so told the company to allow the shareholders (turkeys) to vote against christmas... which they undoubtedly will. At that point the Judge will either approve the entire scheme or not,
if he doesn't the company will wind down and all proceeds will be distributed to the creditors in order of seniority, because there is no other source of liquidity being offered, or he will simply see that the only viable plan is to agree to the restructure to allow the shareholders to participate with a chance of some value. You may wish to have 0% rather than 5% as a matter of principle and to advertise you were a victim, however the judge will not agree to deliberately chose a path that returns nothing to shareholders where there is an alternative that does.... if you want to get nothing out of this because it makes you feel like a victim fine, give what you have left to a charity, they would welcome the donation.

It's company that is not a going concern, as agreed by the Auditors, based on their own investigation and information from all the company's advisors and lawyers..
Of course it could be that they're all acting together in a massive cluster fraud because there's so much in it for all these advisors, maybe a couple of million, which of course is worth a gamble because the chance of sharing maybe £5m or so in fees is such a massive proportion of their global income its worth acting in a criminal way...... is that what you really believe.
If so, Maybe you need to do your own research....

The parties will of course be known as they will become shareholders, any anyone over 3% will need to declare their holding. The area will remain regulated by the OGA and subject to the usual regulations. The UK does not often intervene over ownership of licences hence the vast majority of UK production is owned by non UK companies or companies whose shareholders are majority non UK.
Chinese, US, Canadian, Norwegian, Dutch, Spanish to name a few...indeed it’s hard to think of one that’s 100% British...
You may not believe the reserves downgrade - that’s your choice...

We will see at some point who were the sellers as they will update the shareholder list...C management didn’t hold many shares at all, it’s all options but undisclosed amounts ...read into that what you will...

Neither are named.
It could of course be held through an offshore vehicle, but Whilst I might question the wisdom and commercial aptitude of offering 500mm shares just ahead of an event that could increase the price significantly to folks who have bits of untradable paper of no proven value for shares that can be immediately sold into a market. I don’t think they are stupid enough to be involved on the other side of the deal, and not announce it as they would need to as a change in their holdings... just not credible.

This plan from CA. Does it involve money being made available? They need $75-100mm to stand a chance of remaining a going concern and stopping the restructuring ... Do you think CA will provide this cash, that’s more than half the value of their entire portfolio. If not them then who?

Read the accounts, there is a statement to in there saying the company is a material uncertainty of being a “going concern” this is the auditors view. then look up “going concern” on google.

Look folks, this was first put up as information on the 19th of May.
The date CA made the release of the requisition and the proposal to remove the NEDs and put their own folks on the Board.
Pretty obvious that some sloppy data collection firm has simply not read it properly and updated the Board to match the proposal not the facts... this data firms incorrect and rather sloppy info is now winging its way around the other "data providers" Its not true...its a sloppy data gathering, for which some folks pay real money!

The 19th was the Day the RNS came out and CA proposed the removal of the Board. lazy data collectors didn’t read it properly and simply removed the board and inserted the CA placees in their database...sloppy work....makes you wonder ehy folks subscribe to these 100% correct services!
