From the original testing - Natural flow .
“ Testing of the Horizontal Sidetrack Well recorded a sustainable stable flow rate under natural conditions of 6,520 stock tank barrels of oil per day (STB/d) and a sustainable flow rate using an Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) of at least 14,500 STB/d. The testing resulted in a productivity index (PI) of 147 STB/d per pound per square inch (psi).”

So under natural flow it’ll be rather less than 6k bbls/day, back if a fag packet I’d say +\- 4K bbls/day given the pressure decline through production.
So it’s at best break even and worst cash flow negative.
As folks know, if the ESP is Shagged it’s pretty much game over…for everyone…

The reference to offshore related to potential in place volumes not the fracturing.
There are very few naturally fractured reservoirs in the North Sea. The Zechstein (of which the KA is a part) is known as a subsidiary gas producer in the odd field (Hewett being the nearby obvious analogue). And for oil it’s the AUK field which was a mainly produced from a Zechstein zone that has vuggy fractured dolomite as a result of sub aerial exposure (not the case at WN) This field recovered 93mm bbls (80% from the Zechstein) and it covers an area of 65km2. WN is maybe 6-8km2 according to the maps.
Happy to discuss further but clearly you’re getting out of your depth technically..

No that's not the case.
Fact: to agree to the restructuring requires 75% of the shareholders who actually vote to agree and a majority by number, not 75% of the register. This will not happen, Kerogen have already said they will not publicly support the restructuring.
The confirmation hearing it was quite openly discussed that they expected the shareholders to vote against it (which clearly they will)
This does not cancel the restructuring, but simply will allow the judge the ability to ignore that vote and agree to the restructure, or approve an alternate plan ( or more likely refuse the restructure and ask the company to consider the new plan (which currently doesn't exist))

Nonsense, the OGA is be fully aware of the situation at Lancaster and cannot/will not make someone produce below the economic threshold or from failed wells. Their remit is principally to ensure efficient economic recovery and to ensure that abandonment obligations are undertaken and funded. Suggesting that someone can turn the lights off and scarper is plain nonsense, equally to suggest that it takes years to get a COP approval is bllx...

The Company cannot enter into a 3 year contract as they already unable to sign off the accounts as a going concern.
BW will want to extend but why would they sign a 3 year deal with someone who cannot pay the termination fee, or may well not be here in 12 months. A contract extension which will almost certainly be agreed will revolve around HUR having flexibility to terminate if the well (esp) dies early or the water cut changes unexpectedly. Until a forward plan is agreed and implemented and there is a predictable financial footing, either the restructure proposed or some other magic liquidity plan from CA than no extension terms can be agreed with BW.
