It was the ‘regulatory approval and relisting documents’ that seem to be the stressed point here. It suggested we have a target agreed and the commercials are in place subject to approval...and then I guess highlighting it may take time to delist given the pandemic.
I had this reply to my enquiry on Friday. Firstly I’m happy they’ve replied promptly and secondly it is a fairly honest assessment of the situation by the looks of it. Strangely, as frustrating as this is, it has put me at some ease in the sense it looks like there is still positive activity.
Here it is:
Thank you for your message. As outlined in the company's announcement on 8 April 2020 it is going through the required process with the goal of completing the Proposed Transaction as soon as possible. I am afraid I can’t give any guidance on timing as there are major elements of the process that are outside of the company’s control, particularly with regard to regulatory approval of re-listing documents. As you can imagine the current environment is not helping speed things up, but please rest assured everyone on the company side is working hard to conclude matters. As soon as there is something we can provide in the way of an update we will and we hope to conclude matters as quickly as possible.
No not yet. I messaged them on their website but it was late Friday afternoon.
Prob why Boots are recruiting so heavily for covid testers.
A gazillion litres of hand gel flying out plus some other covid19 opportunities within pharma context. I’d read quickly, I’ve been watching for a while but jumped in as I’ve missed the boat before on some other stocks (even though they continued to rise)
That is a VERY good point and would explain why we still have no news from BOU yet. Is it too tenuous as a link though? Might he just have been on holiday?
Do your sums - could be many more than that. Could take a week, a month or a quarter but I’d expect this to be up there in the big mCaps like the HEMO, ODX, NYCT etc. I’ve taken a position having watched as I don’t think it can be held down much longer...had been buying my time.
So we’re buying Val? Lol
Good to see employees being looked after, in their interest to get this absolutely flying. Good on them.
So Roche for hospital roll out, nice and quick. Then ODX for at home testing which will be big bucks. Also means government covid squad don’t lose face. All good here, plenty of money to be made.
This Roche info is good, May encourage ODX to release a statement.
Just been reading this. What’s people thoughts on this? Market remains huge globally.
Gaza, it’s have to 7 bag from here to do that. Lol.
I’ve messaged company for a update in the hope of something....anything.
Just wish I had more to put in. Shame I’ve not been paid for 9 weeks due to this virus.
Only 200p? Given this could be at maximum output beyond the U.K. market, it will become a purchase opportunity for pharma. I’m thinking a quick buyout at £500m. Covid will be around for a long time yet, creating a vaccine will take time. Given scientists claim you cannot get it twice, this becomes a game changer to getting economies back on track. As close to a golden egg as you can expect. Licensing this out would be incredible business also.
This has very quickly turned into a **** show of a company.
