Sinosteel's engineering and construction arm is Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering Co. Ltd. Sinosteel is a major mining company and the second largest importer of iron ore in China. It is one of the largest global EPC contractors with a track record of successfully commissioning similar projects in Australia, Africa, China and Latin America. The proposed contract would provide for Sinosteel to undertake mine and processing plant turnkey construction and commissioning on a commercial arms-length basis. The debt-based finance for the EPC turnkey contract is to be arranged by Sinosteel and is an integral part of the EPC turnkey contract. This EPC contract is being advanced as part of discussions with third parties for the sale or joint venture of the project.

So, is there any chance of either of these ever coming back on to AIM? I've read through the posts some of which are optimistic. I wrote these off but the principal of it is, the BOD seem dodgy as anything and have never kept shareholders informed. It's like they took the money and ran. Isn't anyone tempted by a an email to the tabloids? That'd get them moving.

Thoughts on the time frame Selfridge? I was hoping we'd have had a couple of RNS's by now as part of the admin side of things. Extremely exciting to see where this goes in the near future!

Month or two normally I think. Unless they have everything lined up and ready to go - which wouldn't surprise me looking at this BOD. Likely want to realise the value ASAP. My guess is 4-6 weeks.

They do say AIM is the transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient. My god I must be absolutely loaded on that basis once we relist! Pipe dream.

I have written these off before and try to ignore them, the simple fact is that it's ridiculously frustrating seeing absolutely no activity at all :-(

We can already trade with the commonwealth. I'm not saying the EU is great, it's not and needs a proper revamp and all the dead wood (read - corrupt unelected fraudsters) sorting. In my opinion we're a safer place to be involved and can make more of a change. Strong closing speeches last night - can't help but feel that Leave voters are voting on emotion and Remain are voting with logic. Just my opinion. I like the fact so many people have an opinion, it shows people care about the country either way.

Have you thought about the political ramifications...i.e. we leave, followed by France and then a number of other countries. The EU breaks up and Russia and China economies gain massive power. USA stand alone and become increasingly independent with no ties to Europe. Likely to leave us bending over to whoever will listen...probably just China. Just a thought.
