My thoughts exactly Andy. I just hope, and HOPE is the word, that they are commercialising any potential patents that may be held. It'd certainly boost the SP. If they did this alongside another patent sale we'd be doing very well and I'd be happy with the length of this wait. I have a suspicion the agreements on shares for Directors has taken sometime. I understand they have to be incentivised to take the projects forwards swiftly. It's been too long now though. We were informed via RNS it was advanced yet a month later we have no details of a meeting date and no prospectus. They may find previously confident shareholders don't like the lack of communication and the SP drops like a stone on relist...unless they've played it well.

New here and doing some preliminary research and reading the RNS'. Certainly had a good rise today, no smoke without fire. Can anyone fill me in on the changes to the BOD? So it's another mineral company with a very low MCap and looking to secure additional assets and attending investor events soon? Last two I got into were KOD and CAF and both proving successful.

Agreed. If we were advanced at Christmas you'd expect a meeting date at least by now and actually a prospectus by this date. Poor. Hope they offer more clarity to shareholders in the future.

4 weeks then 8 weeks. Four months now. Depends what you mean by advanced. I'd hoped to have had at least a prospectus and Meeting date detailed by now. Bit poor. Just glad we're sat on a very good opportunity.

Ok so this is taking much longer now than I expected. I know we had the RNS on 23rd December but it's 9th January and no new update in two weeks despite us needing a GM calling to pursue the 'advanced stage' takeover. Yawn.

We did have an RNS on 23rd December. Not too much longer now I'm sure.

Somewhat softened by the rest of my portfolio. Not cool news at all.

IP on patents worth (potentially) many millions s89799. On relist I'd say we will relist at about 6-8p and quickly gain traction to teens on the right news. But we're in the dark still, it could relist and storm to much higher levels and once the products come to market (hopefully on a licence agreement) then we'll be rolling in it :-) OR, it could be a big wet fart and we just relist as the same level. Just to offer some balance. Surprised we've not had a readmission document as yet.

Certainly an exciting one to be in - and to enter on relist. Hard to put your finger on it but could be anywhere between 2-20 bags!
