Sorry, predictive text strikes again, ..
4th paragraph should read:
There are risks with this share and these are reflected in the current share price, (£ 0.14). All investments carry a level of risk but AVO offers an opportunity at the current levels.
Made my initial investment in AVO in 2014 and have topped up over time. The attraction was the delivery of Proton Therapy via a machine with a smaller footprint and lower cost.
Having reached 230MEV in September 2022, (SP = £ 0.24), my expectation was that the share price would react more favourably. The past 12 months have seen a high at £ 0.40 and a low and £ 0.12. 1m shares traded yesterday and currently sitting at £ 0.14 and a Market Cap at £ 74.4m.
My understanding is that we now have a working system at 230MEV. The challenge will now be moving from the development phase to new orders, production and revenue generation.
There are risks with this share and these are reflected in the current share price, (£ 0.14). All investments carry a level of risk but Avacta offers an opportunity at the current levels.
It has been a long journey. Hoping to see some positive progress and new orders during 2023.
As ever, DYOR.

Interesting article (Optimum Dose) posted by Muck165 last night.

If it was possible to increase the dose, reduce the number of treatments and remove the usual chemotherapy side effects, that would be a major breakthrough and game changer,....
Perhaps that why the FDA granted Orphan Drug Designation to AVA6000?

Large buy after close last night. Should open with an increase share price.

We are all waiting for the big news (RNS)
Things are happening.
There is a Plan.
Stay with it.

Another day without an RNS and the share price will continue to bump along at these levels.
We are well funded, there are several pieces of news pending and there may be a whole range of discussions ongoing with big pharma’s and other possible partners. Frustrating for many but we have had no bad news and just need to wait for what’s to come.
We still have two full weeks until the Christmas break. Hopefully ground breaking news coming soon.
Sit tight and GLA.
Normal day 1.5m to 2m shares.

Avacta’s Safety Data Monitoring Committee (SDMC) has recommended that the clinical trial continues as planned and escalates to the next dose (4th cohort) of AVA6000 at 200mg/m2.
Dr Alastair Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Avacta Group, commented:
“This very positive progress reflects the safety profile and tolerability demonstrated in patients enrolled in the study to date.”
