People need to be reminded this is not a one trip pony.

We have a portfolio of projects with huge potential, one described as strategic by the Georgian government another potentially the largest CCS in Europe!

There have been a number of very good summaries made by people on the board detailing the potential of projects we have in the pipe line.

Hepseal/Chesh I think you both had put into words a very good summary which were not too rampy, maybe "now is the time"to drop these back on the board?

Mannnan. I think it's all to do with the way the market makers like to play with your mind.

That makes good reading Bobby, CCS is a no brainier for many industries if location suits. Offsetting and trading is part of the business and in my view will only grow as we are seeing. Put back what we take out is a good start and as carbon capture advances those with the infrastructure will benefit.

We have the space and the support from local government , once the second phase proves successful I expect we will see the interest and investment grow.

Now we haven't discussed the gas, I wonder where we are with that? We need to make a bit more space for all that carbon don't we? We are positioned well to supply Georgias industrial heart and general public, what's happening there, come on PH throw us a bone!

I can't agree more MgB. last I looked , carbon credits rules were changing or had changed to help with CC transactions and prevent misuse. I think I mentioned it some months ago.

We are so well positioned with great assets, infrastructure, geology and location, we have local support and an MOU in place with a big player who has a carbon problem. We just need the wind to fill our sails now.

AIM has proved to be a challenge as has the rest of the UK market but my gut tells me things are turning, there's activity in AIM, good and bad (as we saw yesterday) but the good ones will prove up their value.

I'm confident this will come good after a very long and frustrating wait, I've said it before , patience is a virtue.. Please do your own research.

I truly wish I hadn’t bought that 500k block of shares this morning, I’m sure it was the catalyst to all this squabbling.

I wish I had as much time as you guys to biach at each other. Gladly I don’t as I have far better things to do. Come on people, we all want the same things in life at the end of the day.

Constructive discussion and a bit of honesty isn’t that much to ask is it. Now back to block.

Lets hope this is amongst the top climbers around the time the US markets open, that and the press release may help spread the news about our potential.

I said I'd dip my toe in further when I felt the time was right, maybe my little 500k purchase this morning might have helped, I hope so, it's time Blocks potential was recognised and we are valued closer to asset value.

Yep, it's time the rest of the world got on board as when news comes I don't think people will get a ticket for a while.

1. Huge potential massive assets.

2. Small volume of shares free to market, rest in sticky hands.

3. Good relationship with Gvmt

4. Trusted partners of significant influence in Georgia (MOU)

5.Multiple projects on the burners, two of significant size and potential company makers.

6.Profit making with proved resources

7. Georgia geographically of global importance

8. I could go on.......

Please keep the secret to yourself we don't want everyone to know, it's our secret. :o)

Potential still huge and projects progressing, news on farm out could land anytime.

Stratton, I take from your last staement that you must have a time line for the farm out or is that not included in your last note?

When they get round to updating the major share holders figures on their website (it's not been updated since July) we may see just who , if it is one person, it really is.

If it is one individual or a company then that's a pretty good indication and I may also increase my toe further.

My question would be , would it make business sense? Would Block benefit from the economy of scale, would the Gvmt see it as a sensible choice to transfer 12 to block? If so then we stand a good chance of adding it to our portfolio. I'm sure there is a lot of discussion going on in the background outside of Block, 12 will go to the best suited.

Hepseal, funny I checked the calendar myself yesterday and came to the same conclusion. They did state approximately but we should expect an update shortly if all has gone to plan.

I've searched for any related news but it's a black out. The perfect scenario would be both news on farm out and CCS, would it be too much to ask that this lands before Christmas?

They are not interested in spoon feeding investors, the news will come when it’s ready. As for marketing, same.

I would much rather they focus on building the AUM and related relationships, which I think they are doing.

Stratton, so your saying if the GD remain in power we are sunk? Have you been reading the news regarding recent investments in Georgia and interest from many countries in and outside Europe? I'm not going to get into politics as this is not the right forum, but I'm not sure it's in Georgian dream's interest to screw over companies however small, as long as they can draw interest from larger investors.

I have a similar dream and I'd be over the moon if it came true. But then, I wouldn't need to get up in the morning to check for the all important RNS once sold as a job would no longer be required.:o)

As I said in previous notes, I really think any announcement is awaiting the election results, it's just too important to Georgia.
