Once again Kever is right about the options/warrants. The strike price would need the company to have a higher SP to make it worthwhile.

There's still a lot of confetti and a company with an SP that's priced to fail.

Same with that pair of Aussie chancers......There's nothing wrong with Thali but JA does not have the ability to strike a deal. The longer it goes on then the worse the conditions for a JV get as TRP becomes more desperate.

Why Asher ever took them seriously is indicative of the level of incompetence by him and his so called people.

Best observation today was from Golden. JA has been banging the same drum on finance for the last 5+ years.

We know what the discoveries and prospects are and it all sounds great ( I really mean that ! ).......but.....JA just cannot make deals and the so called deal finders have only turned up a few no hope chancers that produced nothing in reality.

One thing for sure is that this cannot continue much longer without real finance.

Any which way you look at it he's just putting out the sane old story to possibly drum up some more interest from retail investors to support the SP.

He has said on many occasions in the past that the focus of the company was Thali. Without going into detail, anyone can look up those presentations from the past.

If anything has materially changed then it could be worth knowing but the only thing that will make any difference to the value in the company is still the finance to progress an asset.......ANY asset.

It's more disturbing when genuine posts that are critical start getting removed. You will always have negative comment but removing it without good reason is more damaging as it raises the spectre of paid shills doing their masters bidding.

Asher putting in his own money, albeit to dilute us even further could be taken as positive. I was surprised when the licence was extended and so he must be on good terms with the authorities.

There are different interpretations of course but as far as the negative goes then why is it that nobody has taken the opportunity of JV participation which on the information we have about Thali looks a great opportunity ?

SA and Namibia are still longshots/wildcat but you never know one day........maybe.

Unless Thali gets funding then this can't go on much longer so where is the leader at least informing investors that he and his entourage of hangers on are at least doing something ?

To say any 88e investor is happy with the situation now would be ridiculous. The recent remuneration for our waste of space directors just added a further insult.

The PANR crew who consistently advise everyone to ditch things here and tell us that the rainbow just over the next hill will lift PANR into the sunny uplands of profitability are just plain liars and they know it.

PANR has death spiral finance and there's only one way that goes and the clue is in the phrase..... death spiral. That's unless your investment strategy is based on miracles occurring.

Talking about rig availability without securing in principle at least the financing is putting the cart before the horse. Nothing has changed for years. The only positive I can see at the moment is that the licence has been extended yet again.

The 100 billion shares is ridiculous and is a scare tactic put out by shorters or day traders hoping to make a quick profit from the gullible but if there is no announcement on finance secured then at least some further dilution is eventually inevitable.

The dream option would be if a major were to farm in to Namibia and throw in a finance deal for Thali. It's down to JA to be a deal maker or at least employ someone who is.

FFS he either ramps or deramps to try and make short term gains. LSE has plenty like that.

FYI and anyone else for that matter. I had a small amount left from 0.45 which would have needed a 20 bagger to break even.

At these prices I do not like the term averaging down so I'll say reinvested because quite simply i was surprised Tower got the licence extension and so something must be happening.

I looked through a few of JA's interviews from the last six months to a year and in one he's talking about the cameroon bank that's waiting for some kind of legal approval to facilitate a loan. All typically vague and for Africa that means sometime never.

He talks about JV's but then he's been talking about them for years. Followers of this company will remember there was a company in Oz that was going to provide 50% of the funding but they were just chancers. Then there was the boiler room Nigerian company with an address in a broom cupboard in Lagos with an answering machine........what a winner.

So far from being disingenuous I would like to know who are these six parties that are potential JV partners.......Really a genuine question as JA doesn't mention names just the usual jam tomorrow.

JA is a polite man and will usually reply to sensible comms. It's a few years since I last emailed him and of course he can't say anything market sensitive so questions like " when's tower getting this bit 'o wedge from the bank " are not going to run.

It's been years now and the potential JV's have been mickey mouse chancers. whilst it seems a bank is unlikely to take on the risk of an expensive drilling campaign........They just don't do that or the terms of such a loan would be prohibitive.

Any chance you could say why you have confidence that the cash will be forthcoming as the whole enterprise is entirely dependent on it happening ?

Of course he can't issue 100 billion shares but the thread title persists if we keep replying to it.

If there was going to be a huge equity raise to capitalise the Njom (cameroon) well then it would have been wiser to have done it years ago. Based on the current lowly Mcap it would be impossible in my view to try and capitalise the drill that way.

There are many positives for a small E&P outfit like Tower in the Thali project.

It's a discovery for a start with quite a few other interesting prospects in the geology. The real winner is that it is a short cycle project that would quickly show returns and raise the status of the company from a priced to fail basket case to a serious player.

So you pays yer money etc as it is now in my view anyway .....a good punt on a possible multi bagger.
