If GE are planning a sale wouldn’t it be in their interest to somehow keep the share price low?

NCYT went down from £10 back to 60p in about the same period of time. So maybe not the best example.

If GE were to buy IQAI outright I would hope it would be a simple ‘we will buy all outstanding shares for £x.xx’. Would be much easier to manage!

4p to 100p is an increase of 2500%. Does that really ever happen?

The major issue facing IQAI is having the funds and scale to put a groundbreaking product onto the market.
Though if they own the patents then surely a major buying them would be the best case scenario?

Are we still waiting for the fda approval of something to hopefully come back?

Can anyone explain why the market cap can be below the net worth of the company?

Does the market simply expect the company to fail? Or is it the pensions that have to be paid? Or is it the small profit margins are scaring away investors?
