It's basically foooooked. They have missed the AI bubble, the CEO has run off to Switzerland with the money, they have some scientists working in a back room somewhere in the mid west america on drugs that will never get to market, GaM trial will be another red herring that will give zero value. Complete and utter rubbish. I wouldn't touch with a barge pole. I'm already 80% down so might as well keep what I have to see what happens (predicting absolutely nothing). Worst investment of my life and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. Why TB isn't in prison is beyond me. There we go, the rich get richer by screwing the little guys. repeat.

I’ve lost about a third of the money my Grandparents put into my ISA with this trade. I’ve got to the point of being ok about that.

However I do want TBrown to suffer terribly. What are our options?

IQAI had looked undervalued for years. That’s why we keep buying shares. Sadly the value keeps falling and falling and falling and falling.

I don’t know if the BOd has any priorities other than keeping itself in a wage tbh. Certainly doesn’t seem to care about the company it is stewarding, if it did it should be extremely embarrassed and, ideally, do something to reassure shareholders that this is the bottom and we can expect positive moves from here..

Good science but dodgyCEO and far too small for any majors to even care about.

Only way to see a significant increase in your investment is to take it out of this absolute crock of $#|¥ go to the casino and put it in black. Yes you might lose it all but at least you wouldn’t have to watch paint dry as TB and his waste of time boarders around for another 10 years before declaring the company bankrupt and leaving you with nothing.

I’m sorry. I’ve been invested 9 years now and it’s far too late for me to pull out but if you’re new to this share and looking to this board for ideas.. run for the hills. At least the view is good up there.

Waste of time. Semantic, if you are IQAI in disguise please take this message to our glorious leader and wish him a long everlasting swim in lake Geneva weighed down by the hopes and dreams of investors who thought IQAI had something good to offer the world.

i sold nvda at around $7 to invest in a small yet interesting new ai biotech called iqai. what a ****er

It reads well doesn't it. The flow of the language is an improvement on previous releases, as is the logo at the top. The timing of it with the webinar last night is a step in the right direction. Ok there are no set figures but I feel there is a change in energy and that's a very positive thing.

My thoughts.

Looks like a classic day in IQAI land, big hopes, big rises and then close pretty much where we started!

Can we not table a vote of no confidence in the CEO? Surely we have enough shares between us to manage this, and if not we could probably buy enough for about £20...

morning all, words can’t really express my shock and disappointment at this news. i called the ib office yesterday and spoke to mike (?) who seems really nice and says he is just ploughing on with the science. he stated he had very little knowledge of “the finances, or what happens in london, or with iqai”, seemed to genuinely not know the share price had fallen recently.

anyhow, we need to report this to the fca, it’s what they are there for. trevor edward “**********” brown can’t be allowed to get away with this blatant market manipulation and abuse of the rns system. so please please please if you are annoyed and ****ed off fill in the form here, if enough of us make a report something will be done. if something truly illegal is found to have happened i wonder if there is a case for the fscs to get us some money back, who knows. but if we don’t report this nothing will happen…

Maybe because they have no idea of its existence? Lack of RNS content etc

Maybe as its CEO is playing silly buggers with his CLNs and seemingly swapping shares with another entity he owns in order to manipulate the share price?

Maybe they love the tech but think the company is being badly run and thus they can get the tech elsewhere?

Many questions. Very few answers. I’ll be contacting the FCA tomorrow with a suspicious activity report. Another 5.7% drop today really not on in light of good news…

Do you think it’s worth telling DV that we are considering calling the FCA? Might that get a response?

As I see itFAB and TB have been selling shares to each other in quantities large enough to push the price lower. Does this seem about right? I would hope at some point they will buy a whole load of them, ideally at the bottom of the market release a glowing RNS the following day and then be very rich…

I really think it’s worth flagging this activity up to the FCA. I can’t think it can harm the sp much more and it definitely feels like something awry is going on with 2 major holders essentially, yet only potentially, selling shares between themselves to artificially lower the sp. I’m sure this is illegal.

It’s not going to help us poor (now much poorer) long term holders but it’s got to be flagged. It’s gone to far.
