One of my (many) theories is that it would be ill-mannered for a big company (especially a US one) to charge into FI before the people have spoken as the US State Dept is trying to be neutral to appease S America. However after the referendum............................................ We'll see from Tuesday onwards.

Bought in - hopefully at the low. Got a bit bored waiting for Xel/Blvn. The management seems switched on. ( Can't understand why Xel hasn't done some wheeling and dealing and bought small non-operating stakes in the NS with all the contacts they have.) Lots of upside and limited downside here. Oil prices going higher - what could possibly go wrong??
