Oh no it's not. Unless it's such a low figure compared to BLVN's. It's been less than 1% since Nov 13th so perhaps BigMoney thinks it hasn't got much more to fall. BLVN's at 17.7m shares at 6.17% ( 3 days ago ) could make a nice Squeeze when good news comes..
