An encouraging AGM statement today.

ANX are trading nicely in line with expectations, i.e 18.8p EPS (with a 1.6p dividend).

That puts ANX on a current year P/E of just 6.7, with EPS forecast to rise to 20.8p EPS next year - and that omits any payout from the VW and Mercedes cases.

All divisions are trading well. I note that the new Housing Disrepair division has more thn doubled the number of its cases in just the last four months since the last year end to 3,300:

A very encouraging AGM statement today, with "a record Q1 performance fuelled by robust organic growth".

Everything is on track for Shore's 40.6c forecast this year, i.e around 33p EPS - which is a ridiculously low P/E of 10.4 for a global market leader in cyber-security, VPNs etc.

Plus it looks like there's considerable savings being made on the ExpressVPN acquisition, the digital security division has "experienced accelerated growth", new products are being launched and new segments being entered....plus further acquisitions are still on the agenda:

PDI's shares bounced 12% overnight from a recent decline after excellent news from its Bankan project, where CAPD are the drilling contractors and appear to be exceptionally busy:

Severfield's results today also have encouraging commentary as regards spending on RNWH specialisms such as rail electrification, roads, nuclear etc in a section entitled 'A golden age of infrastructure'.....here's an extract:

"In November 2020, the UK Government released details of its five-year plan, the National Infrastructure Strategy ('NIS') to invest in digital, transport and energy to drive economic recovery, levelling up and meeting the UK's net zero emissions target by 2050. This plan announced funding of £650 billion, an increase of around £100 billion from the previous plan, for developments in roads, railways, power networks and other UK infrastructure projects. At Network Rail, in addition to HS2, the CP6 (control period) budget of around £53 billion (2019-2024), which includes a significant amount of rail electrification work, is substantially higher than the previous CP5 budget of £38 billion (2014-2019). At Highways England, the second Road Investment Strategy ('RIS2') budget of £24 billion (2020-2025) is a significant increase over the expenditure of £15 billion during 'RIS1' (2015-2020)."

Good to see ETP attracting some positive attention overnight from Paul Scott on Stockopedia in his Small Cap Value Report - it's been well under most people's radar since IPO, but these results and the prospects should change things:

"ETP – Many thanks to fred9566 who flagged this recent float in the reader comments below, with a synopsis which caught my eye. So I’ve had a quick look at the results, and started reading the AIM Admission Document. That’s going to take hours, so just a quick initial view here.

Its results out today look superb, with a huge rise in revenue amp; profit, beating very ambitious-looking forecasts. The order book is also large, and multi-year, so this looks like more than a one-off bumper year in FY 1/2022 reported today. Balance sheet is OK. The float only diluted existing holders a bit, and was to repay a modest amount of debt. Mark Slater is the only institutional holder over 3%, all the other big shareholders are individuals, looks like mgt. That’s a very good sign, that they didn’t want to sell out (much) on IPO. It seems to be in a sweetspot for heat pump installations. Looks intriguing, and worth a closer look."

Nice £9,100 buy just reported at 299p - way above the published 290p offer price. Bodes well.

""My first pick was cleaning services firm React Group at 1.4p. Small caps can be volatile, with the stock trading above 2p only to close as low as at 1.10p recently. The company raised its market capitalisation in cash for the acquisition of LaddersFree – a capital-light business that the board believes can be integrated into React’s offering then scaled up. Shareholders may be smarting from this, but the board believes this is an incredible opportunity given LaddersFree’s service partner network and its impressive gross margins of more than 50% in the last two trading years.

Chair Mark Braund believes this can even grow – LaddersFree recently won a competitive tender which apparently came in “significantly below” the price of the next competitor. The deal is materially earnings-enhancing and none of the board are taking large six-figure salaries from the company (unlike many Aim shares), instead aiming to be remunerated through their options. Put simply, there is no reason to do this deal unless the board believes in the long term. So while there may be short-term pain, the investment thesis hasn’t changed."

"Pelatro (PTRO) for which I paid 60p originally got down to 20p through the market reckoning that the story is delayed. Well, I rather think it is picking up pace now. This is a buy at up to 40p."

Finncap have reiterated their 425p target price.

They note that the order book "has increased from £74.4m at the time of the IPO to £91.0m. This together with delivered revenue to date gives 95% cover on forecast revenue for FY23, with strong project flow expected in H2".

Interesting comment too about Spain:

"Water operation has recently seen three contract wins announced: one in India, which is the group’s first Agritech contract and shows significant promise with trials due later this year in Spain".

They conclude:

Given today's results and prospects the PI World investor presentation on Monday at 11.00 should be well worth viewing:

Good to see the relatively new NED being so impressed at CLX that he's happy to move up to Chairman.

Nice quote from the outgoing Chairman after nine years in a job well done:

"I am confident there is a strong Board and management team in place and with its outstanding customer base, the ongoing transition of the telecoms industry to 5G and the growth in cloud computing, the future for Calnex is brighter than ever."

ETP's first post-IPO results to 31st Jan are well ahead of expectations......18.2p adjusted EPS compares very nicely to the 16.8p forecast.

And the maiden 1p dividend has been brought forward from next year as trading has been so good.

ETP now have a £3.9m and rising cash pile which will contribute towards the organic growth and further acquisitions.

But best of all is the outlook, with 25.9p EPS forecast for this year:

"The Group is in a strong position with a healthy balance sheet and a strong order book, which together with FY23 revenue year to date, provides 95% cover for the Board's revenue target for our current financial year."

So total revenues for the coming year are essentially already covered, with ETP on a current year P/E of just 10.4.

The PEG is only 0.19, which is ridiculously good value.

After taking over from Arden, WH Ireland have initiated coverage of DKL today with a 9p target price/valuation.

The price is down 3.6% today on just £42k of trades! Sellers are getting mugged by thr MMs.

Based on Edison's forecast 8.4p EPS this year SDI are now on a current year P/E of only 17.6, which is tremendous value in SDI terms.

Especially as (1) we know that SDI guide their broker forecasts very conservatively, and (2) only last month SDI said:

"we expect FY2023 to be the Group's best year yet, also ahead of current market expectations".

I note that JDG now trade on a current year P/E of 28.2. If SDI were on the same rating the share price would be 237p.

The US rig count jumped up by 6 last week to 733:

Interesting too to see that in Canada the number of rigs jumped by a whopping 28 to 151.

Looks good, apart from the continued low FFB quantities:

- very strong CPO extraction rates
- around record high CPO prices
- CPO and PKC sales in May way above last year (quadrupled for CPO!) due to postponed April sales
- improving rainfall

The big hint in today's RNS is that "financial performance of the Palm Oil Operation has remained robust", despite the low production which is outside DKL's control.

This may be a Reach RNS today, but as PTRO say, it's certainly "significant".

A $1.5m win securing income - initially - for 3 years, and a first customer outside the telcos, in the highly rewarding fintech space. With "a number (of others) now having expressed interest in our product".
