If you're holding shares in a company that's going to be acquired in a reverse merger, you're going to have to sell at the price fixed by the buyer or exchange your shares for stock in the new company.

Yes, price? How is the sp price worked out in a RTO? Anybody know how it is calculated and what it might be here if it goes ahead?

yes but just remember transformational news is not guaranteed to always be good, transformational can occassionally also means bust too!

I think they are waiting for more than 3 x their buy price, they would have cashed in by now and we would have had a Tr1 notification confirming it...
