The SP would keep notifying down until we have some confirmed sales. I had lost confidence in the sales dept. I don’t think even FDA or WHO approvals would push SP up.

I broke every rule in the when investing in GDR, my greed made me believe in the ramping gang. I had learned my lesson.

I sold y’day with a loss 5k.

IMO - The RNS is good, It is great to know that some progress has been made in research and positive results to boost the confidence of investors. This is still a hugely speculative and high risk stock, the RNS de-risks it a little bit and attracts few real investors than traders for a punt. Next RNS would be key, until then you won't see big swings.

Sysmex was lined up long before approvals, 3 weeks on and no sales...
DB needs to find another distributor if he wants to make any money..

The RNS states:

Under the approval, the Kit can now be distributed and sold within South Africa. Genedrive products are supplied in the country, and more broadly within Africa, via the Sysmex EMEA organisation.

David Budd, Chief Executive Officer of genedrive plc, said "This is an important milestone in the commercialisation of our COVID-19 Kit in the region. South Africa is a key territory for our distributors and this approval will now provide an acceleration of commercial sales activity in the area."

It never mentioned there would be a further update regarding sales.
Is GDR obliged to release sales figures immediately when a deal happens? or can they reveal in monthly/quarterly trading updates?

The RNS is definitely a tiny step forward but Inventors are looking for sales and revenue

Surely a positive RNS, the validation is a success!!
I think sales can only be announced after FDA/WHO/India approvals, which is taking time and the process is same for all
