The counterparty will effectively take a 30% stake in RGM and a free carry.

I expect the placing was taken up by the same people who invested over 1m at 0.4p and made the HH and other investments possible - their warrants expired Dec as well - that being the case I don't begrudge them getting a few cheap. Liquidity improved massively which will further benefit the company and Investors in the long run. As a final caveat in the unlikely case of bad test results (highly unlikely given SP movements) the placing will be a god send :)

I still expect a real rerate at some point, maybe not until we see the next test results but it has to come soon. I never understood the justification for the fall from 0.25p to be honest, other than sentiment ot DL plays.

I haven't gone mad ..... Its only 2.5m cap.

Lets hope we see shareholders rewarded for their patience this week - this has been beaten down over the last months without any negative news or volumes so will bounce back in no time. Back to 0.4 quite possible this year imo.

Traders but they los ein th elong run plus its only 8k gbp Big gains will be on the flow tests next week (unless it dont flow which is quite unlikley at this juncture) imo

Like wise steve, I hope to see these gains hold before the next set of updates next week from HH

Then I might begin to get excited - this is worth in excess of 2M in my opinion even without any hype for HH

They have opened up the bid now so looks like it may well start to move with a couple more buys - be nice to see it gain a few % before further news. We are pretty sure the market is short of EVO.

I think the sooner we can get the 3 muskateers voted off the board and replaced by someone a little more fair with the fees they earn then all the better. The current investments do not need much more than a little admin, with cash burn reduced significantly the listing begins to have value and the investments may well begin to hold value early next year as HH plans develop. Remaining cash will not suffice for a large investment but could be attractive enough to bring new blood and maybe a change of direction .... how, when and who will need to be worked on of course.

Current investment values are approx 650k but RAME is worth substantially more. I expect we will see news soon with regard to the Ventec subsidary.

This should be trading closer to 0.04 on value alone or higher when you compare to shells like SER, CEB etc
