The wind project was nothing of the kind just an entity they created. The Net Asset Value here is close to the mkt cap and I understood some thing is moving at RAME from that BB

For sure it is frustrating and an update of the current situation would not go a miss for shareholders. Its been a month now and I have to think this woudl be a priority, lets hope Kevins visit to Chile was connected in some way.

paulwi they have said they are ready to RTO, the 100k was for working cap and other purposes albeit they have trimmed cost down to the bones BUT they do have investments worth a few 100k whcih set against the tiny value of the company leaves it with pure upside on news of an rto the 100k was raised around 4.75p recently so clearly they see a disconnect between the mkt value and what the company is even worth pre RTO. all imo as a holder of some months in this stock

I can only imagine they have either: - Working capital issue impactign sign off of accounts - Some revenue recognition / penalty relatign to completed work in Chile Maybe neither but in the absemce of accounts and a pretty non specific update from the company can only imagine it is negative.

I expect news of a RTO will come in some form shortly Otherwise I dont see why Ambrosia would put another 100k into this?

Something must be coming for the main shareholder to put cash in this at such a premium. Patience people it will happen soon imo.

Torah they have given themselves the room if needed for an RTO. Irrespective this still trades well below NAV on a tiny market cap of 0.35M. The retained losses will be very attractive to a profitable co lookign for an RTO. Good Luck

Benefit here versus the likes of ADL and what happened over there last night is when we do an RTO we have assets already in excess of the market cap so will not be over the same barrel. In comparison ADL was capped around 8m with no assets, cash and an option only !!! Hence see these as substantially undervalued. Hold and wait people imo

if the price holds a little it I think I will be in for a few more. The results are always end of April looking back.

Looks like the MM are short of stock if you have to pay over for 10k worth, lets hope they get turned over. The cap of this one is tiny lol.

Take your seats the show is just beginning (after the trailor was rudely interupted last week) . Maybe 2% is not huge but its got to be worth a couple of million just on the flow results to date. Sell move on but imo now is not the right time.

Well for us looks like it has bottomed - no more shares can be issued - news is expected this week. We can relax finally and enjoy the ride.
