basically instead of giving excess shares to s/h.......the first decision of burton was to give them to brokers and others imhodyofr.....not quite the hero made out to be on here.......although will find an rto for sure.......with authority 7 approved.... any placign to raise new shares for rto will....likely be at a discount.....not go to general joe public holders.....all imhodyofr

Placing in lieu of Excess Application Facility The Company has decided not to allocate any shares under the Excess Application Facility. The Company instead announces a placing to raise GBP280,000 through the issuance of 25,454,545 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.1p per share on a consolidated basis (the "Placing Shares"), a 10 per cent. premium to that which was available to the Company for shares issued under the Excess Application Facility and which is consequently less dilutive to shareholders.

Shareholders who do not wish to take up their Basic Entitlement or who do not respond by the deadline of 4pm on 31 May 2018 will have their cash returned to them. Any Basic Entitlements admitted to CREST will, after that time and date, be disabled and application monies under the Open Offer will be refunded to the applicants, by cheque (at the applicant's risk) in the case of Qualifying Non-CREST Shareholders and by way of a CREST payment in the case of Qualifying CREST Shareholders, without interest, as soon as practicable thereafter. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Open Offer is expected to take place at 8.00am on Monday 4 June 2018.
