Of course it’s hard to put a date on it but all the news/findings we’ve received recently would suggest the end is near. Everyone is entitled to an opinion right or wrong, some use the details from the RNS’s and recent findings from researchers etc but some, I agree, say things with no substance. Personally, as much as I don’t like how the MMs are controlling the SP, its easy to ignore the daily fluctuations and the comments about whether it’s going to drop or rise because I believe in the bod, and their focus on concluding their initial strategy (EUAv1). It’s easy to see when you DYOR.

Not sure if anyone has posted this already (apologies if so) but could their recent tweet be a hint as to when the news will be delivered? I don’t see why they would tweet something like that, whilst mentioning they are “executing our strategy for benefit of all shareholders”, if it wasn’t close. Could we hear on about the EUAv1 initial strategy (Asset Sale) and further developments on EUAv2 with one big RNS on 2/02/2021? Wishful thinking I know…

Ignore the naysayers who have turned up today. It’s all in the RNS’s. Just a few things we’re expecting, which can drop at anytime:

?* Several JORC reports expected and are being released ‘separately’ as confirmed in recent RNS’s ?
* Update on initial strategy conclusion (EUA v1 asset sale)
?* License transfers (2 x POAZ etc)
?* Confirmation on proposed dividend
* Resource upgrade clarification ??

7 RNS’s in 8 weeks (last week was the first without an RNS)?

I can understand and fully appreciate why some might get frustrated with the time it’s taken. We can’t do anything about it apart from wait. The bod are actively trying to get the best outcome for us shareholders and are feeding us information as and when they can.

You’ve just got to look at the potential outcome here and ride the storm. If anything has changed with their initial strategy, we would have heard by now. A majority here are invested to make money, some in the red, some in the blue. Regardless, we should all be able to converse about EUA and help keep others updated with potential news/developments, without the usual naysayers trying to spread negativity.

It’s difficult enough watching your Investment controlled by the MMs on a daily basis. Of course everyone is entitled to give their view, but being negative trying to spread false / incorrect details won’t work here, as most already know the facts.

The SP has been blue until now. And of course (coincidentally) as soon as the SP goes red, frustels is back moaning. What a surprise here…

Just to clarify - you don’t come across as a naysayer to me 1sttime, so my post wasn’t aimed at you. There are several who only seem to turn up when the SP is in the red and moan about the time it is taking etc, then go silent when it’s blue. The situation with the bod delivering their strategy isn’t any different today than what it was yesterday, the only difference is the SP. Hence why people should just ignore it.

It’s quiet because we’re in the blue and the usual naysayers aren’t moaning/being negative. Wait till the next dip and they’ll use that as a reason to come back and start whining again. Same sh !t, different day.

Summit, maybe I’m reading your comment wrong (apologies if so) but Due Diligence hasn’t taken two years. The initial sale process probably did but their strategy changed (and also delays with COVID) after they received interest for their assets.

RNS (21 May): “the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. The Board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale.”

Just goes to show that news can drop at anytime and raise the SP in an instant. Don’t worry about the daily fluctuations; just look forward to what we’re expecting.

We probably will get another update this month Frutsels but you venting your frustration with how long it’s taking several times each day isn’t going to change anything. It’s obviously close so just be patient and expect a few more weeks with smaller updates (licences/JORCs etc) first. It’s not a small business transaction. It’s going to be worth the wait. Patience :)

Roger, are you expecting news every 3 days or something? You don’t even give it a week before you post the same concerns as you did previously. I agree with some of your points but we don’t need to hear them as frequently as you post them. We all want to hear news asap and know EUA like to drop a Thursday/Friday RNS, so why not at least wait till the end of the week to share your concerns.

I can’t find an example of what you’re asking for, TMS (haven’t looked very hard), but I can find several examples that prove no one should be taking advice from you:
