I guess what's missing is an explanation of what happened and admittance of mistakes - in my opinion that would really help. There's also the curious issue of China no longer being mentioned at all, anywhere by MOS. I appreciate it's not in the company interest to publish bad news, but I think a lot of investors still feel a bit in the dark. An explanation and apology would help put this to bed for a lot of people imo

It's definitely a valid concern TheTruth. Yesterday was a good day - happy to celebrate the gains when they occur - but right now the lack of trust in the BoD and Myles selling weigh heavy on a lot of minds.

Yes Waza, that is also the sentiment on the Discord group. It's now September and aside from the shenanigans around the "China announcement", there really isn't much here to talk about at all. I've stayed in all year so will no doubt see the year out, but sadly I'm not expecting any movement in the SP.

I think there's quite a few in the same boat Waza, going by chat elsewhere. Never has "news soon" been so over used for a share, there hasn't been anything worth discussing for so long now. Hopefully not a dead duck.......

What are these huge achievements that you speak of? FCA approval is great, but I'd like to think that was achieved mostly without time/effort from the coding teams. When you look at the that app today, it really isn't much for the length of time they've been working on it, and still contains some basic, fundamental bugs. The beta release comms was spectacularly mismanaged, there was so much collective disappointment with that. I'd hoped they'd perhaps learn a valuable lesson from that up their comms game, but nope, crickets and tumbleweeds.

It makes no difference if the launch is delayed by 50 days? No difference? Deary me, I wish that was true, what a refreshing place the world would be. That is of course not the case, though I reckon you're aware of that. I don't see the share price moving much at all with this launch, much like there was zero impact when the US listing went live - and depressingly I still haven't seen one trade of the US stock. It'll take months to see any real impact, once the technology and process has been proved and hopefully adopted by the THG masses.
The world is moving on quickly - the TG group is mostly people positing links of news articles about other platforms & providers getting ahead in this space. MODE really need to get their finger out, they risk being left behind.

It's a shame about the TG group as there's nearing on 500 people in there, it could and should be a useful forum to discuss the good and well as the bad. But like other groups there's a real sensitivity from the Admins and anything negative whatsoever is branded as "FUD".

Given the state of the app just now, the ongoing bugs and ongoing lack of comms, I'd be surprised if we launch this month. (Let's hope I'm wrong.......)

They need to hurry up. There are hundreds of crypto trading platforms out there, MODE offers only BTC and is not very advanced at all. FCA regulation is of course a huge win, but others will quickly follow.
The Payment platform has us all excited, but if the BETA release is anything to by then we should all expect the minimum, and perhaps we'll be pleasantly surprised.
I did not expect the SP to be where it is just now when I bought in at the start of the year - pretty much at the same price. Time will tell, and hopefully the messaging from MODE will improve, it's not been great so far. This looks to becoming a much longer hold than most had anticipated.
