Back over 190p builders seem to be stuck in the same price range. This is not a bad thing because you can buy and sell and look forward to a good dividend. Other shares have rose and it's hard to get back in at a decent price. To me it's all about income and to just hold a share and hope they keep going up is only part of the strategy and what ever your strategy is good luck after all it in all our interest

Tom not only this share all shares at the moment are a rollercoaster bought a few more today. Sold standard life last year to buy TW bought back into them today they pay a final dividend in May and they are cheap at the moment.

Pity the markets have to close on a climb!

Anything around 210 to 220 would do fine and and the investors at 205 -210 would be a bit happier.anyway here's hoping any advance on any share would be nice in the next few days. If you buy now at a low and they rise by 10p by ex dividend date your on a winner in the fact if they only fall by 3p on the 5th you will be still up by 7p plus the dividend. it's getting it right when to buy at what that low will be if it keeps dropping your in at lose My opinion Tom is that in the U.S to many people had a sell on their share holdings and this triggered the hug drop in the DOW at one time down 1600 points. There is know reason for the sell of jobs figures good only down side interest rate hikes. Over here BP 4th quarter results today best in years. But share price down because of the market. Companies will continue to pay their dividends so not worried at the moment it's still on paper and the recovery will happen when is the problem. Time for the crystal ball
