MT/Ghost the only problem we all want is cringing over the tax implications we may fall into ha. Dont need my beach front Barbados place for a few more years just yet MT' im lucky enough to be happy in my job but i'll be glad whence i can see small 3% to 5% moves on a steady ship.

Ghost Your only worry should be do you take a quick £500k or stay a couple of year for the £1m.

If you read the August MoU RNS it does say they were at DD stage evenback then, ok it may not be the same company but have a look at a few of my posts since then I've said all along the longer the DD the bigger the company which should make sence really, well IMHO anyway.

Older Would you not have to de list if reversing into a private company and taking on that campanys name ect ? Yes it can be done but it would still have to be in Halos listed company name number of shares ect. Anyway exciting times ahead look at what MC & MP have achieved together over the years says it all to me.

Flyn don't think you can reverse into a private company. A private one can into a PLC though I think. I'd have IOG in a breath North Sea ect.

Only way we will know there's been a leak for sure Is if the company that's being reversed into starts to rise rapidly SP wise if it's a PLC that is. Could be a few quid to be made if you could spot who they are before the news eh.

Well after messers Yoe & Co went most stayed because of the new BOD's reputation lets wait and see if this is the start of good times to come i dont mind waiting if its good, and lets hope those that bought in today can afford to pay up if its a long wait.
