TT, when we finally get into consistent SC6 production, there is also the proft sharing on lithium hydroxide with Canmax, Yet to be seen what impact that has, as I've never personally seen any workings from Prem on it.

Unfortunately SC6 price has collapsed, a lot of miners are currently suspending operations which will hamper future production rates, so i'm hopeful of a reversal soon.

Our OPEX is fairly decent, unfortunately we have no revenue to support it.

When one door seemingly closes but you still have the resource, another door will open. A forced JV at this stage would not be a bad thing and would allow GR and Prem to focus on other areas.

Do not let the day traders on here make you decide whether or not you buy or sell. They are in it simply for their own gains and unfortunately are dominating the board at the moment.

There is not a lot of postivitity around and they are doing really well for themselves feeding off of that. Fair play to anyone managing to make money.

From the communications I have had, GR remains confident and more importantly EXTREMELY determined to move this project forward under any means necessary. There is currently no option off of the table.

This is now, possibly always has been depending on who you speak to, a gamble.

Well the money would have been nice and we wouldn't have needed the last raise (not that we needed it anyway) however CDT's performance does not effect the company and it's goals in the slightest. Still very much achievable without it.

I think the general idea will be to get Canmax (and others he seemed to elude to?) around a table. Show them a few charts, give them some twiglets, and say this is where we are, this is where we need to be, this is what we need to get there. You can help us get there or do we look at other JV's or asset sales.

I'd suggest that conversation needs to happen... yesterday.

Still remain hopeful, good news with finances and the pressure is off.

1) He has confirmation from enough of his top holders that the vote will pass.

2) He is working on alternative funding

This scenario isn't possible unless Prem went out of business completely. Which although possible, is extremely unlikely as I don't think GR would allow it to happen.

Canmax have chosen to defer any payments or shares and will receive around 20-25% direct stake in Zulu. They cannot choose to take the cash option in April, direct equity is the only option on the table. The off-take deal is heavily in Prem's favour.

Once the short term funding is sorted this should hopefully re-rate to decent levels.

No, he didn't say it was imminent.

He has said many things, this wasn't one of them.

It does state in the RNS that key dates remain unchanged.

Interested to see what these developments are, but can't see a shareholder interview until after it's signed. Who knows they may surprise us.

Never considered an extension personally, but if it's for the benefit of the company then I am all for it.

BIO has been successful with its initial investment round and has requested a 60-day extension to the completion of the binding legal agreement with Cizzle, as envisaged under the MoU, to enable BIO to complete on additional strategic investment that has been proposed.

I'm trying not to get too excited as I cannot see into the future, been in many shares full of promise that end in disaster.

If sales are good in the US, they've still got the rest of the world to roll this out to. Quietly confident but who knows.
