My personal guess is Tyeeli Ltd - Joint owned by Canmax and CATL. Would make sense with the equity swaps that have opened recently.

I think they will come in on the offtake somehow, and manage the pre payment between them.

Only way it makes sense to me, how else could Prem not be involved in the talks between Canmax and the new party re the money owed. Think this has been on the cards for several months going by some of GR comments in previous interviews. Didn't he say something about opening up opportunities to access funding through Canmax, but not directly Canmax themselves (IIRC?)

Of course could be barking up the wrong tree, but just bits i'm putting together in my head.

Plenty of upside from here hopefully.

Going to be some very disappointed people not buying at these levels.

Canmax having financial over sight, final say and apparently able to throw all sorts of conditions on any deal and timline, would suggest he's been side lined.

Jaglith finally working out what trading is. He will get there.

It's the people trading when the news hits that'll lose.

Martinigirl probably has a short recently opened to cover the losses on the last thing she got wrong.

However, does make good points. Money to be made here but go in with your eyes open.

Personally I think there is too much completed to not produce at this point.

Stewart, Prem will not be committing funds to this project from what I am told. The new JV will be more than happy that there is already a plant in place and production isn't far off.

RHA is close to a third party joining in a JV, led to believe they will fund anything outstanding. Would be very attractive at this point i'd imagine given the small amount of work needed to get it going again.

Next steps probably already in motion, why else would they include the 30 days?
