Agreed Aug. Kallak represents some of the best grade ore in the world. I suspect that some of the countries in that list don't also have the best employment or environmental credentials.

This is all feeling very positive, particularly the last paragraph re the ore grade quality and sustainability. I think it is just a matter of due process now.

As far as I can see there has been no news from GC and his board of c*ooks for 2 months. Are they planning for the company to be delisted outside of the jurisdiction of the UK with the intent of buying it cheaply to run as a private enterprise. I am struggling to believe this is all just poor errors.

I shall remake a point I have made in the past. The idea that the whole Sami population is involved in reindeer herding is far from the reality, its only about 10%, circa 3,000 individuals or less. The majority of the Sami have the same sort of jobs as the mainstream population. They may well be interested in the livelihoods of their compatriots but are not directly impacted. The Greens have lobbied for a small minority of a small minority and I suspect they are realising their cover is blown.

The BoD having successfully destroyed the value of this company, must now use the money raised to get the business back on track and not just line their pockets. In principle, the business is based on a sound idea in the current low carbon climate, but looks to be run by amateurs. I'm so far underwater, no option but to hold now.
