It depends on the NPV. KO has gifted his children 23% of the shares each. There is no one individual with enough shares to push through a buyout. If the family wanted the company, they would need to offer the rest of the shareholders a decent price based on the NPV. If they tried to take the company private as a consortium, they would effectively be stuck. As a private entity, who would run it? Who would make decisions? How would they get rid of us as shareholders as we don't need to agree to sell if we don't want to. Not if there isn't a majority buyout. They can't just pick and choose who stays in the company and who is forced out. That's why it is just so far from reality as an idea. As soon as KO split his shareholding, a buyout was off the table. Mr cautious... Clive is the Chairman... He has never been the CEO of Casp and never will be.
