In fact on AIM some people seem to think two weeks is a long time!
In fact I think the majority of AIM investors are in the wet behind the ears category. Plunging their money into garbage resource stocks not knowing how rarely they live up to their hype and will dilute them into oblivion before too long.
I've certainly invested in some right dung in the past and the first few years on AIM is definitely a learning experience to say the least ;)

Would have been a terrible idea as people would have just taken the money and sold up therefore punishing anyone who continued to hold.

You see. The vultures are circling for their buys. They don't hang around the stocks they call uninvestable for no reason.

AIM is hardly in a bear market either - it's been hovering just under the 1100 level for nearly 5 months and before that it was lower.
People throwing their teddies out of the pram when a stock is at its lows is so dull and predictable.

Think you're exaggerating a bit.
My sentiment isn't poor and I imagine it's not for many of you either.
However there are some with the attention span of a gnat who will sell if there's not news every five minutes.
They could however do more to promote/detail their investments though and shed light on the rationale behind their choices with info that we can't just get by looking at a website.

I can get very large firm quotes to buy or sell.
In fact if I raise it to £50k I can still get quotes to sell but can't buy that amount.

I always (try to) buy when it goes quiet and it's fallen.
Just done that today on another share (SNG), as I've got a big enough position here, otherwise I'd have been more tempted.

Position raised a bit more. Rude not to.

If you've got half a brain they're nonsense you have to ignore and wade through.
If you don't you might actually take notice of their nonsensical guff!

barwick - if you keep posting mind numbingly stupid things. Don't get upset when people point out you're being stupid. The fact that you keep referring to uni students as if they're geniuses suggests that you're poorly educated yourself.
That and the fact you can barely string a sentence together without making spelling errors that an 8 year old shouldn't make.
Instead of telling everyone else to remove their heads from their backsides and to get a life. Perhaps you should come to the realisation that you're in fact considerably more stupid than everyone you're talking to and you'd do well to listen to people rather than insulting them.

You seriously expected them to know of them!?
You could have asked them if they'd heard of or used ArcelorMittal, Munich Re, or Repsol.
They'd probably say no too and those companies are giants with hundreds of billions of dollars in revenue!

Well the trading at end was larger buys than sells......so that's one part down.....

I don't know why but I have my suspicions it'll be a Tuesday RNS (possibly Weds).
So, for no good reason, I suspect we'll see a few buys into the close, as AIM is leakier than a bucket with no bottom.
