Because the shares was undersold at the flotation in 2016 by around 20% leaving a 1 million debt which as turned into a cash positive position very quickly so hoping for a dividend for 2019 would still be positive move and it will be 20% better than it would have been because there's less shareholders because the float not sold so long term this will be a good move

I see the sp the same price as a year ago exspecting it will go north a least until October passing last sept 330 then we see what news in October brings

Yes cant see anyone accepting less than 7 pounds a share The only downside the mines in moz but this has the good news that labour is cheap

I agree with you being the banker this is set up for a takeover and i think the board are playing right into it. But for the right amount i would like to sell . And it being part of a bigger company with a more better spread out assets could be better for all But not our choice up to the big boys
