Great Post James0309! Recommended!
There are many investors on AIM that follow a herd mentality and ramp penny shares to pump them up and once they reach a level they sell up and knock them so they fall back. The MM's make their money on the way up and down. Most have thin management and questionable fundamentals, but could offer dream potentials, generally, they line the pockets of the businessmen who run them, the MM's and a few lucky punters.
Every now and again a company comes to market with solid management, great fundamentals, and a market potential which is fantastic - Burford Capital, ASOS, Boohoo, Keywords, and many others.
Bushveld Minerals is one such company which has set out foundations for a truly incredible business in a county with a difficult history, but which needs strong future businesses as well as great examples to be emulated in future. I am sure Bushveld is such a company. Nothing anyone on this share chat or any other will change anything this company has set in motion.
Vanadium prices have been manipulated by certain companies up and back down again to suit an agenda. When that company thinks the time suits them they will turn it back again. However, Bushveld has a way to maximise in the low days and maximise in the high days with a vertically and horizontally aligned business plan. No Market maker or Individual investor will change that. Investors have a choice to chose investments they think they can take a punt on or invest in. There are many highly intelligent and smart investors on this board who have spent years working this company out and the market and they will make a healthy return by increasing there holdings in the ways they can, by buying more, trading small amounts and buying back or through dividends in the long term being reinvested.
One thing is for sure this company has such a strong base, customers, resource and one of the worlds largest markets it will succeed!
Primary Vanadium Companies:
Bushveld Minerals
Evraz
Largo Resouces
Glencore
There are others working up like Australian Vanadium and some other hopefuls.
Glencore is huge and vanadium is just a small part of there portfolio. But long term tow focused companies Largo and Bushveld have a very bright future. But Bushveld in many ways has a major advantage it has the worlds largest resource and is already vertically integrated. It has grown via the purchase of low-cost brownfield assets at perfect times and now has the capacity and opportunity to really make strong profits. The vanadium prices will not stay long at this level and i am sure Fortune will explain that in the Crux interview. A few poorly research investors will be very surprised with what is going to happen next here. But the well-researched people can see it as clear and clear.
I will be adding to my investment very soon here, and will be adding for the next few years, as this will be one very successful company!
Cheers, RK
