work this out, current MC is slightly above what San Leon will be receiving by end of October from Midwestern, which is a guaranteed loan note of 70m. So we are yet AGAIN being valued at a minus value for our assets, the assets of OML 18 alone which were purchased at a price of 220m that today gives a value at constant currency and a doubling of the oil price of circa 400m are being totally discounted by this corrupt and crooked market. The truth of the matter is there are no shares to be bought in any decent amount at this price, this price has been orchestrated by the spread betting fraternity and market makers as they know that in the real World Tosca and other safe hands hold nearly all physical stock, the rest being held by private investors. The issue we have has arisen from spread betters, as the price movement now and before is absolutely abnormal behaviour for a stock that has at least four interested parties involved in wanting to purchase the company at indicative prices of between 67p and 80p, if there were no bets in the market the share price would have been trading up or over 70p long ago and the lower the take the share price the more the suckers buy on a spread bet and the lower the corrupt and corruptible take the price as they do not want to pay out winning bets or so they think, you then get their paid posters or employees posting on here 24/7 trying to convince us that 17p is fair value or even overpriced fro a San Leon share, its almost like a race against time for the spread betting companies to try to take as much money from punters accounts as they can because they know that any hour or day now a bidder can come forward and make an unconditional offer, its a risk they are willing to take it seems, IMHO it is a very foolish one. Are ING buying on behalf of a Chinese entity party to the offer? I have purchased more today and will continue to purchase every time the price is dropped as even if Tosca do not accept a bid value will eventually out here and as soon as payments or loan notes are stepped up this will re rate back to at least 45p. I am happy to hold for the dividend as long as it takes and not really bothered if the price gets to 10p as that would give a MC of a laughable 40m. My guess is that this price will be played with until such time a T/O or a placing of sorts is carried out, as the potential funders will want any shares as cheap as they possibly can, I just hope they do not get a chance and an offer is imminent as this stock has been so manipulated I don't think you will ever see the likes of again, at least not if I can help it. I am just curious as to if anybody on here has bet on the shares rising by way of a spread bet, if so whom do you hold that spread bet with. I hear through some mutual friends that clients at spread betting firm IG Index have some big open bets on PPC and also a lesser know company called Spreadex also have some fairly lofty bets on the share price to rise as does ETX Capital. Could this be the reason that the share price is being held back? After all an increase in production by 150% surely has to be worth more than a 10% rise in the share price? Doesn't spread betting mean just that, its a bet and no physical shares are actually purchased by the betting company? This would surely leave companies share prices wide open to manipulation as the spread bet firms and their cohorts distort the price in the so called market so as to not have to pay out winning bets? I cannot think of any other reason than this on why certain stocks do not rise after good news and this is one of them. Investigation is needed by the FCA into the goings on in the financial sector and they really do need to ask the question does betting on financial markets and stocks actually do more harm than good in both the short and long term, I believe it does as PPC is a text book example. Have not taken a look at this one fro a while as was safely tucked away in my bottom drawer, what an astounding piece of news, yet seems to have been ill received by the so called market. We are still less than where we were when we producing only 400bbls pd earlier in the year!!! Our P/E is a measly 1:5, unheard of in the industry. If I were Peter Levine I would take a long hard look into what exactly is going on with the share price as it is certainly not reflecting the hard work and success PPC are currently going through. Perhaps this is another case of blatant market manipulation that I will have to look into, if anyone has any information regarding suspicious activity involving this stock or others please message me. 8p is completely ridiculous and all and sundry must know it, the price is so disconnected and manipulated its quite alarming to be honest. One good thing can come from a low share price, a take over approach sooner rather than later and with PL at the helm, as with Imperial Energy never say never. Could spread betting companies be planting persons on these boards to defend positions taken out by clients in given stocks? I have good reason to believe most of these negative posters on this BB are working for and on behalf of the largest two spread betting companies in the UK, which I will not name at this time but I am sure you can guess. On Monday I was privy to some very disturbing evidence from someone whom had contacted me previously on a private BB regarding the possible manipulation and rigging of San Leons and other companies share prices. Last week I had told you that they offered to meet with me and show me photographic and video evidence of SLE being priced at 19p on their platform at the beginning of August despite the stock being in suspension, what I was shown has shocked me to the bone and apart from the evidence they have on SLE I was also shown a number of other stocks they hold along with associated evidence and again I could not believe my eyes. I cannot say too much more at this present time but the price movements and collated data and price references they have shows without doubt that market manipulation via spread betting companies is actually taking place day in day out. The problem is that if this really is the case and I have no reason to doubt the evidence I was presented with, it opens up a huge scandal in the spread betting World, it would mean all sorts of corruption at differing levels it actually going on, it would need to involve not only spread betting companies but also market makers, Banks, hedge funds, mouth pieces such as Mr Winnifrith, Mr Mears among others, it would also need to involve so called analysts, house brokers, PR persons, the list goes on and on. This alone would send shock waves through all the spread betting companies in existence! For legal reasons I cannot divulge which other shares or which companies are involved with the manipulation but I will say this, the person is intent on bringing to justice all those companies involved in market manipulation and that they have already been in touch with the relevant bodies that deal with the same. So as they say watch this space and if deliberate rigging of stocks is taking place it would be nice to see the whole arena brought into dispute and justice to be served to the wrong doers, this will then hopefully lead to the banning of spread betting in the UK once and for all. Good luck to the believers and to the non believers, you may scoff and laugh all you like, you may have been untouchable and get away with it deter year but now it seems the cat is out the bag and your days could and should be numbered. I have offered to help out in any way I can as I myself also have some strange goings on with certain stocks that I am not entirely happy with, surprisingly SLE is amongst them! The blatant manipulation this share has endured for sometime now needs to be investigated, it cannot be allowed to go unabated and uninvestigated. I believe that certain persons that post on this BB and others are party to the deliberate manipulation, and act in concert with others. If this can be proven it will put the whole stock market into disarray, it would mean that the market makers, spread betting companies and financial institutions that participate and facilitate in daily transactions cannot be trusted. It beggars belief that this stock can be trading at 22p almost a quarter of its Nigerian asset current value. What I find highly suspicious is the fact that one of the supposed negative shareholders posted sometime back that the opening share price upon trading resumption would be 19p (I will trawl the BB messages later to find out who this was) I believe this was not a random guess but was a collaborated and orchestrated and premeditated manipulation that had been agreed between the said parties of where this would open should a bid not be forthcoming beforehand. I do not believe this was a lucky guess by the said poster neither do I believe it was a coincidence. That and the fact an entity was allowed to buy 6M shares at 20p on Monday further reinforces my theory that foul play is going on here. I promise all genuine holders that I will do everything in my power and gather all available evidence and seek to expose those responsible for the continued manipulation that has and is taking place on this stock on a daily basis. if we were to believe that there was one jot of credibility to defamation and noise from the fraudsters that are Shyteprofits&Co that the books are cooked blah blah blah, I would have expected Mr Katz to have sold out his almost 17m shares as surely he would not want to see them at 10p like some of the shorters on here suggest. I would be getting my skates on after todays RNS, even 250p would be a steal. Maybe this is what any potential predator was waiting for. I hope that we do not receive a low ball bid of say 250p as I believe we will surpass 400p over the next 18mths. Is this the reason the punter always seems to come off second? I have done some basic research and not only do I find Zac doing interviews with spread better IG Index but he also does his so called "technical" analysis interviews with spread better Spreadex. I often wondered where these self proclaimed technical analysts get their indicators from and the fact they are doing these interviews with spread bet providers the so called technical analysis more than likely results from them spread bet clients positions. Funny that if it were the case, more fraud exposed at an institutional level. I am going to get myself busy with this now and dig deeper into the murky World of spread betting and their relationship with the likes of Zac Smears and Tommy Titifrith, probably end up being the biggest scandal since Watergate! I wonder how many of shyteprofits and Zac Smears cronies proliferate this BB, amazing that before the Oosi saga there were mere handful of posts a week and now nigh on 1000!!! Says it all really. Roll on 225p then a slow but steady rise from there. I wouldn't be surprised if *****more are hedging their short through Goldman Sucks, would make sense. One thing is for sure there are other "helping" hands that Titfrith and *****more involved in this controlled price action, it stinks of corruption within the financial institutions that are supposedly there for people like us. Whats going on here with the share price attack and defamation is far more sinister than selling on land at inflated prices I can assure you. Those responsible for collectively bringing the price down need investigating as no doubt it involves market makers and institutions working in cahoots, there is no other explanation for what has happened here and to how it has happened.
