I'd say unlikely considering their statement reads 'if a replacement Nomad is not appointed by the date that Grant Thornton ceases to act as Nomad, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM.' Virtually the same thing has happened to Sorbic International, China Rerun Chemicals, China Chaintek & Camkids.
It would seem most of these are quite simply fraudulent companies out to steal investors money. I don't understand how it can happen, AIM just seems to put the emphasis on the nomad to check everything is OK hence the reason many are simply backing away from Chinese companies altogether.
