Dear all, I've been out shopping with my lovely wife and had a splendid Wagamama's in Bournemouth today as its my birthday. I've been keeping a sharp eye on the ball whilst out and now sat in my west wing with a fine cup of Darjeeling. Time for tiffin !

I have turned my cup upside down onto my saucer and the tea leaves are not quite in the right position for an RNS. In addition I have thrown the pebbles as well , and blow me down they tell me an RNS will be out before the big man in red arrives ! Time for coffee !
