The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Colonel, let us all hope they do deliver the PFS on time - even before-time for a refreshing change.
It’s felt to me at least, for a few years now, that a big divergence between true SP (based on assets) and actual SP (based on the market’s view about lack of monitezing those assets) has developed.
Copper prices seem to be going up and away. Solg has stellar copper reserves.
Gold and silver prices will always have inherent value and Solg has lots of Silver & Gold.
This time next year Rodney …….. lol
CD I think that (we in the bid camp) thought things were going to kick off 12 months ago and it didn’t happen. Am I the only one who wonders whether the board mentality continues to be defensive, hunker-down, drill, raise funds and repeat etc while earning those nice big wage packets!? (ToS1963 you said as much recently). We clearly need something significant to change the boring status quo. Question is - what’ll it be ??
Aimho of course ;)
Hi FTJNY you say “and I believe this is part of Citi’s defence to delay the PFS on Alpala until a proper value can be attributed to Solgs other high priority targets such as Pov and Rio.”
Surely we haven’t even had a proper value for Alpala until the PFS comes along in Q2 (Q3 anyone?) which will already have taken years and years. So to use the same argument, how on earth will proper value be attributed to Porvenir or Rio until their PFS?
If that were the case, would we not be looking at another 5+ years?
I do hope your argument is completely wrong with due respect
Great news and looking forward to even better things - notwithstanding that I’m getting the feeling that events can take a long time to unfold here ?

hi anon, maybe so to production? But by then the sp for the average pi will have been so diluted that they could lose out ?
Quady’s position isn’t the same as the vast majority of share holders now, imo, he/she got in at a very low price (huge respect for doing so) but I’ve never heard Quady. saying he’s / she’s topped up ?
Is there any wonder why there is stagnation in the share price? I’ve become wearisome at even looking at it. And I’m invested ! What do potential new investors see? Great assets but being held down by goodness knows what? Lack of news? Market Manipulation?
The SP is apparent to all invested and interested in the SolGold story, a totally underrated farce.
When will it end is the question ?
Totally concur ! Our new CEO should be zipping this company up imv. If, as others hypothesize that some sort of deal has been pencilled in, then so be it, but let’s be having it pronto! Although I have to side with Add on that one and can’t believe that news on that level could legally be kept from the market ?
I won’t be allowing this after-hours TR1 to give me any concern over the weekend.
There will be trolling going on of course - often very subtly - it’s simply the same old same old. That’s the trolls prerogative (and for balance, the trial results may yet disappoint, but I think not) but over the years, I’ve found the best way is to avoid addressing them directly. That can discombobulate them because they’re not sure whether you’re talking about them directly lol.
In my book this has been a very positive week with the company exuding positivity in droves. It’s served to further reinforce my belief that the story will end triumphantly :)

sparky sometimes it takes a day or 3 for the market to catch up with good news. But also, there will likely be sizeable buy orders needing to be filled around current prices - possibly even lower. So the MMs will be trying to keep a lid on the price for now in order to fill the orders. Just my take on things because I was also surprised that we won’t be closing around 210 today.
Great RNS today and as others have noted, why would such a deal be forthcoming unless both parties were very confident in the trial results being good.
On the question of ultimate share value if the trial results prove up SNG001, I would imagine that shareholders would get best value if Synairgen manages to blossom into a sizeable pharma itself, paying dividends. But how likely is that scenario? Not very imv. I think the company would prove irresistible to one of the big pharmas. So the best case would be a bidding battle between 2 or more pharmas.
Time will tell, and the time is now close :D gla
