The good news is avocet is that this AIM story comes to a close by the end of the year! No amount of business updates with ‘further testing’, ‘hopeful deals’, ‘method XYZ’ will generate enough investment for another placing! FG has played his cards now and if a deal isn’t done it’s curtains! It’ll be obvious that either he’s taken PI’s for all their worth, the tech doesn’t work or nobody is interested. This is when we all need to club together and start legal proceedings against the director, there’s enough information there to do it. The lack of comms tells me that he’s riding this donkey till it falls dead.

Playing devils advocate, I did a bit of research on ARB last night. From the looks of things, they failed to keep up to date with technology resting on their old miners, they then built two facilities heavily leveraged on debt and that was the beginning of the end for them, they are now missing the interest payments on the debt and are in an impossible repayment situation. The fundamentals were great the mining numbers very impressive until they got big ideas.

Anyway my question which no one has talked about for a while:

If a commercial deal was signed with a third party manufacturing for method A or B to be added to their rigs, what sort of terms do you think would be agreed?! A software subscription type deal (which I don’t think is going to blow the doors off) or a percentage of surplus coins mined through the methods (which could be extremely lucrative). What would this do to the SP?! What sort of revenue could this realistically bring in?! What would be a realistic P/S ratio for a crypto tech company?!

Amazing how we’ve had multiple days of drops but not a single day we’ve risen! This is probably the worst dog on AIM, FG laughing all the way to the bank on PI’s money! Disgusting really! Wake up people, a deal would have been signed and delivered by now, imo there will be total radio silence and likely we’ll slip into 0.20’s by October. What’s the point in updating the market while you can just say nothing and withdraw 16k a month out of the pot?!

Wow! Some hefty sells, think everyone’s had enough of FG’s stories now! Let’s have a look at some red flags:

- PR company headed by Christian ‘the brand’ Taylor-Wilkinson operating without Ltd company status

- 3D videos made by a 5 year old

- Secret meetings in a hotel room at crypto exhibitions

- A company director milking the company funds for all their worth

- Endless false horizons and false promises to PI’s about potential deals and revenue streams

- A 5 year charts that looks like an ECG on end of life care

- Methods that have changed in their advantage percentage without explaining why or telling the market

- A director that milks the coffers to fund his lifestyle

‘We believe’ the story of FG’s life! Now what I believe is that FG has taken the two hottest commodities in investment right now, AI and crypto and taken us all for a while ride while he lines his pockets! 16k a month 😂 should wear a mask and a striped jumper

That’s a very business minded approach to a failed investment based on director promises Forfaiter! The fact is I believe that if nothing materialises then it’s up to the investors to hold FG responsible for fraudulent activities related to this company. He’s spun such a web that the evidence is all there to hold him to account.

FG just playing the waiting game milking the company dry for all it’s worth while PI’s pay the price. Usual AIM story! Next RNS is ‘business update’ with more excuses and false positive sentiment followed up by a proactive hand job! It won’t move the needle anymore unfortunately! It’s a shame we’ve all been lead down the garden path again!

IMO, we’ve all been taken a ride by a lifestyle director so focussed on the methods of his madness that he can’t admit that the methods will not work in the real world, we’ve all been taken for a big ride here! Give it a few months and we should all be put out of our misery! Theres a reason he’s treated us shareholders with such contempt and it’s not cause QBT are sat on something big! The exact opposite

Usersteve, you’ve proved on multiple occasions that you don’t even have a basic grasp of how the markets work so pull the other one with all this AI generated copy and paste jargon on ASIC mining. You’re fooling no one!

How long till the end of summer now?! I feel FG really dropped a howler by stating that, even by his standards that’s was a big no no! A deal should have been done and dusted now and personally I can’t see another spike here! He’s played a blinder with PI’s here but all good things must come to an end

Like I said, there’s too much evidence here now for FG to sail into the sunset of nothing comes of this!

Scottwins, these are the facts:

FG has effectively lied to investors about the capabilities of the methods as Phimx has pointed out! Their true processing advantages have dramatically dropped with no explanation to the market or scrutiny from anyone here. On top of that he’s actually given himself a pay rise all at the expense of investors using it as his personal piggy bank. I hope for his sake he produces some sort of revenue deal or there’s enough evidence there to bring him to account for all this.

Steady on Obelix, I don't think things are quite that bad as I believe they have at least a few months cash runway left before that happens (and they can always do another raise to keep the gravy train running anyway).
