Totally concur with post but was unaware of SP going to 90p but bodes well and that fact plus med gel then maybe a �1 could be breached. Still expecting deal to be announced sometime after results but who knows.I will continue to add on any dips. Gla.

Much change in sp today. However I am expecting 10 - 15% on Monday. This is going to be SP record high and well done JB.;-) ;-) . Finally comes to fruition after ten years. Well done to those that have held especially lth's.

Yes high of just over 70p in 2013 and just shy of 70p in 2016 and that imho will be left behind by 10 to 20%. I have my theories on recent personnel changes that leave me to believe a very positive outcome and one that many have dismissed will actually happen. As for celebrating with a few jars yes I am in Cambridgeshire so anywhere between London and the Northwest is fine.

I expect this to go to 60p before positive RNS and expect this to go closer to 80p on news re med 2002 deal. My gut feel and some research and thanks to posts on here and iii means that my best description with my FUM investment would be to say I am very quitely confident of a very good deal which will eclipse past FUM highs re SP.gl all still building a very large stake as percentage of portfolio. Gla hope all on board and not left stranded on platform.;-) ;-)

BH just a correction and we return to where we were 5 months ago yet with more good results in the bag which is power for the course. However failure in any and back down to where we are now on the assumption this raises 20% from this point in to results RNS. Combo would like to see any deal before 2020 but will not happen unless vrp do a reverse TO of Vernalis. Obviously the royalties and milestones and one off commercialisation payment to Vernalis has always seen all offers refused and a company could have got half the company for a fraction over 65 million off the top off my head butJak said that we had received no offers anywhere close. No Pharma offering Chump change for half the company which in effect is what happened in the global rights issue. Keep you optimism.

Re 18.45 post neither IMHO.Just an amicable parting of the ways after a long standing friendship which is how it should be but I am old school.As usual we can all speculate till the cows come home. We will have a better idea after the next RNS or two. I just hope one has any stops just incase good news. It could be an offer in principal has been made the the FD feels is not enough and JBthinks well he is happy or at the least accepting of the amount on offer. Of course all this draft work was probably put in place last Oct and was conditional of certain end points being met.This last trial was for the benefit and designed by one or perhaps two interested parties making a final bid offer for take over or massive licencing royalties and phased bonus payments and massive commercial final payment .Would be huge and then probably double digit world wide Royalties forever.You can see the admin cost and all other potential associated costs milestone payments etc etc and sometimes the take over is the better option and in the longer term much cheaper for the buyer. I hope it isatakeoveras Jamesis one of the elders and deserves to enjoy time with his family spending his rewards before he becomes to old to white water raft and enjoy spending quality time with the family else what is the point of all the hard years. Now Derek was the youngest and would I fancy have preferred to see his time out (7more years,)with the company.The beauty is that whilst the offer is signed in draft format the price could be �1 or �3 nothing needs to be declared to the market. I will arrange a overnighter perfect for AGM.Will only meet before if total take over insues beforehand ;-) lots of people on all boards ruling out TO. I remember lonhro many years back rising nicely a few RNS and changes a bit of a drop in SP and then out of the blue a take over 50% premium to then current SP. The memory is a great leveller sometimes. All look through all the past interviews and see what you can spot. Attention to detail is a blessing;-) me I just keep accumulating:-) so thank you sellers.

tottaly concur with your sentiments have you seen the green mile well little old Greene probably ****ed himself with excitement again when he saw another red day. I for one am not phased and see this as the last big drop before the bigger rise and more content that people selling has given me opportunity to buy even more. I have no issues with FD change and with the research I have done remain extremely confident. Expected some stop losses to get taken out as most investors have taken the decision to hold and the mm's used the RNS to tree shake and take easy shares. Hence why I never set stop losses so close to major news. They once dropped some shar several years ago by over fifty odd percent and then boom went up 200 % within 24 hours. I will say it again all dyor. FUM's time is 2018 and ten years plus in the making to get to this stage so well done James and the team. Med gel is the jewel in the crown and when a 7am RNS comes investors notin will kick themselves. I spoke to a doctor who had heard of the med gel and said it was a massive game changer for those suffering from ed and partners. Main reason the spontinatity she mentioned six minutes and that good sex lives means less stress related disorders and less depression tablets that she would be issuing due to such a great product. I guess even a few happier workforce in the morning having had a good session. The ramifications to how this will change the Ed market is EXPOTENTIAL. So Fundamentals have not changed due to FD change. Expecting an amazing deal but I certainly do not rule out Total Take over. I have seen friends step into certain breaches take extra workload but they have been handsomely rewarded and then some! If you two want to met and any other investor just suggest a potential town or city and why do we not agree to top slice a few at 70 pence and met up. At least the only thing going down will be a nice cool refreshing pint.;-) ;-)

Singer 1 if I remember rightly where Nomads for this company an age back and pretty sure if memory serves me well there old targets were never hit. Wedbush securities interesting but way of mark year from now as we will be no where near that within the year that these targets are meant to reflect. The last two need to meet their target price by May 2018 again not even close. Half these financial institutions reiterate the same price every year for years on end and it never gets close. I hope you are correct but the key word is 2020 if we have not been diluted further because we must always feed the fat cats but they will tell you it is so they can negotiate from a position of strength but they spend it on jollies bonuses and salary increases and the hiring of more wannabe fat cats.Dyor but this has been same promises and non delivery before and after JAK took charge a term I use very losely. My Dad used to say some people are just good at stringing a job out whilst doing bugger all. My Dad was also a firm believer in Karma and that keeps me smiling. Still blue again.
