There was an area in Texas like that. They would drill the wells. They would flow open hole. Once they cased and set up for production the wells would not flow. Someone finally figured out a solution. Once the well started flowing DO not shut it down for any reason. This was in the Austin Chalk.

My concern was no information on the two shallow work overs. They started flowing water. If they can't resolve that issue it will suck big time.
