DW has only stated, that the preferred bidder has been selected. Which leads to much speculation who it actually is. We know that DW recently did a deal with ANCSA, they are eye wateringly cash rich, own a petoleum refinery. It still makes me wonder!

Keefy01 DW is one of the few CEO's who will take the time to respond to PI's emails, do we want him to stop! Someone asking me irrelevant questions would certainly pi** me off.

Unfortunately too true, as one example of a long list. In reality the only thing that DW has done with this farm out, is sign a contact with a specialist farm out negotiating company. Because unlike many posters / knocker on here he realises how complex this process is. In reality common sense on his part, and we just need to wait for the played a blinder posts!

I personally never consider that a deal is done until the monies either in my pocket or bank, which equates to what DW said.

I believe that I/we have established, that this company is in the hands of PI's, well 3 institutional investors do own 8 million shares between themselves. So we are in the situation where many are invested until the goose lays the golden egg, others are living in hope, sitting on a substantial loss and unwilling to bail out Then add to the mix the MM's are ducking and diving trying to earn a few crumbs hence the share price. It ain't rocket science. As is all the crap on here reference the FO. The chances of DW announcing our FO partner is very unlikely unless they give him the honour! as it is normal for them to make the announcement. So his hands are tied, DYOR it's all out there in black and white, as is FO's can take 500 days or more to negotiate.

So we have now established that DW needs no experience in negotiating a FO deal because he like virtually every other CEO leaves that task to the experts in the field of FO negotiations. Why because it's not done on the back of a cigarette packet, it's a very complex process, that when finalized can have a life for both involved companies of many years until the oil runs out. And that's why the process can under normal circumstances take approximately 500 days to complete. The paper work that DW will eventually sign will arrive in boxes not envelopes, DYOR and you will realise that the above is nothing more than common sense

Neil, how do you know that fact?? We don't know what we don't know and the present FO negotiations are for conventional or are they, for WDNKWWDNK!

At last people are actually waking up, to how long it can take to negotiate a Farm Out. I'm opening a book on how long it will be before we get posted DW's played another blinder!!!

Sorry but as stated DYOR, it is normal practice within the oil industry to normally do as suggested. Need of super computers comes as a clue and you can higher the use of one of those for a couple of bucks per day if you get my drift

Well i wouldn't know, but i do know that a major player will more than likely re-do all the sysmic again using there inhouse geologists etc. So anyone holding this share hoping to get rich quick is going to be very disappionted.

Correct but in reality past experience tells me that the only way we get institutional investors on board is if the share is consolidated so that they can come out to play.

Yes some bright spark told us/me that we did have institutional investors, we have 3 with a total holding of some 8 million shares. Might I suggest that many contributors to this BB own more. Indeed if we divide 8 by 3 then the figure will increase significantly. DW now stands at 19 on the top 20 list of investors, the rest are nominee accounts in other words PI's, it also logically follows that the rest is made up with PI's. Is this the reason the share price is where it is, common sense dictates that in the grand sceam of things very few will be on a free carry, and the rest are sitting on a loss, hence low trading volumes. Comments on this BB substantiate this with the numerous posts indicating that they can't wait to bail. Common sense once again comes into play, even if institutional investors wanted to enter the market and most cannot, because they cannot invest in penny shares (DYOR), but even if they could, PI's buy in numbers, institutional investors in £'s if you get my drift! and at present there are insufficient shares availability.

Another true story, because I was sitting. In the public gallery, a notorious local crook being sentenced to 3 months, stated I can do that standing on my head! To which the judge responded do 6 months Mr R*** standing on your feet.
