PS the money invested in trading shares does not end up in Ascent's coffers as you like to claim so not a penny of it was used to pay BOD salaries. Another attempt to scaremonger. Try to get a basic understanding of how trading works before you spout rubbish.
Ascent Resources have great potential. Once the Slovenian bureaucracy is sorted out and the permits arrive this share will soar. Ignore the trashing from the tree huggers - they have their own agenda and it doesn't take a genius to figure out their game.
All in my opinion of course, based on my own understanding of this project and I will protect my investment unlike the fictitious posters frequenting this forum.
Duster567 - another tree hugger who only posts on AST. Must have invested loads here so he needs to trash AST as well. Aye Right! Get real lads. You are making fools of yourselves - you should try a bit of subtlety and less of the capitals, repetition and emotive adjectives.
PERMITS WILL BE APPROVED and you can cry into your beer or move on to the next protest project.
If you had 90k invested in AST you would not be on here slating the CEO and the BOD. There's not a cat in hell's chance that you would be deliberately trying to put off potential investors because you have a moral obligation to do so. You would be displaying a slightly more ameliorating attitude towards matters that were out of the BOD's control.
Pull the other one - 90K worth of shares. Try to keep it believable otherwise you'll lose the plot. £90K of shares and you only post on AST. Wow some investment strategy - trash a share you've invested £90k in - that's why it's so obvious you are not actually invested! It would be sad, if it wasn't so ridiculous!
No, I'm not on that BOD but on plenty of others. Are you working for some random Slovenian protest group? It did make me laugh out loud when you asked a question earlier about Colin replying to emails and then replied to yourself by name! Forgot to log in under your other name? I will give you A+ for entertainment value but you need to concentrate a bit more. So sorry your 80% down on your investment but I'm not, so don't keep trashing this company - there's a good lad.
Yes, he managed to reduce company borrowings by £6million thus putting the Company in a much better financial situation. He cannot be judged by the shenanigans in Slovenia. He is doing a good job in a difficult situation - all of it out of his control. He is behaving professionally as I would expect of a CEO.
Scott1092, your posting history is littered with personal abuse towards the CEO, British Ambassador and ARSO individuals. Your comments are naive to say the least. You clearly are out of your depth investing in AIM companies - not good for your sanity. Fortunately some of us can read an RNS, met with Colin, understand the issues and can read a balance sheet. You are clearly out to cause mischief but it is entertaining to read your rants as no one could possibly take your input seriously.
The constant barrage of abuse about our CEO is all pre-planned strategy. The same people who emailed ARSO - no shareholder would 'cut of their nose to spite their face', but some posters on here are doing exactly that and proves they are not shareholders. They have their own agenda.
Energy security issues in Europe are very important and really fundamental to national security issues. Slovenia imports almost half of its gas from Russia while Albania and Kosovo for example import no gas from Russia. Energy diversification is of crucial importance when extremely reliant on Russia. Let's not forget the cutoff of Russian gas from Ukraine in 2009 drove home the importance of diversification in European capitals.

Production mining will commence once the mineshaft reaches the polyhalite seam albeit at low levels but forecast to be in 2021.
Extraction of polyhalite will commence as soon as the shaft intersects the seam at 1,510m below ground level, as the roads and bit bottom are constructed within the polyhalite seam.
Initially, the extraction rate will be constrained by the capacity of the construction contractor’s temporary hoisting equipment. On completion of the production shaft fit out, the hoisting constraint will be removed and the mine will commence ramping up by adding more continuous miners.
Or one the top 10 largest companies in the world - Agricultural Bank of China with a branch in London?
Could it be funding from IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development)? Would work with Sirius' ethos.
They work as a tag team. Replying and recommending each others posts to give the impression that the general consensus is their negative spin. If no immediate reply to their comment, they reply to their own - just enough to populate the site so that should someone check LSE AST on their phones, the entire conversation reflects a doomsday scenario. Ascent will succeed. Yes, our patience has been tried but don't fall for the manipulation.
Don't be fooled in to thinking that those talking down this share are doing it for some sense of moral duty to new or current investors. Just take a minute and think about it!
Deramping is most prevalent when a company has the most potential and those who do this for a day job want to invest at the lowest price to make the highest profit when it all comes good. Total scaremongering and so transparent.
